I had such a nice experience. I called and talked to an actual person right away. My heater stopped working in the night and they were able to help same day. My appointment was moved up also thankfully. The hearing and air technician, Derick, was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and fix it quickly. We’ve used Advantage a few times now over the years and have always been impressed. They’ve always responded quickly and at a good price.
