Kyle installed a water filter for us. Riverway was the best price by far compared to the other 3 estimates i received from Summers, Peterson and Hudson Plumbing. The work was very well done and Kyle was helpful in answering all my questions and very knowledgeable and patient. I will always use Riverway.

Riverway was very prompt in getting back with me. I had used them before and was very satisfied, and this time was no different. I needed them immediately, and they came the same day! They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone.

They're advertising is correct: they are fair with their pricing, in some cases more than fair; the most responsive self-service I've ever used; the owner is hands-on; every single person I've worked with at Riverway is a genuinely decent-hearted person. They get that most of the people using their service are middle or lower income and cannot afford to pay any more than they have to. I've referred friends and colleagues to them and have heard back that they also have been treated really well, sometimes with solutions offered that were 1/4 the cost of solutions offered by competitors.

Monday 8:00 am appt. Riverway shows up @ 9:00 am. Reason for being late - IPad was dead. Cost for 5 minute repair = $135.00. Riverway held firm to the bill after complaint. I paid but will not use again.

Customer service and plumbing service were all professional, fast, friendly, and prices were fair. I really appreciated how easy it was to work with Riverway, including handling payment too. I absolutely recommend them!

We had a great experience or install was very pleasant and prompt. I believe his name was Micheal , he was very respectful . He had the installation done quickly . We have a few other plumbing issues that we will definitely be calling again.

Little grumpy and not that friendly, left a mess in the bathroom and one of them didn’t use protection in my new tub until I gave them cardboard and a towel. Left my toilet supply leaking without a pipe cap and I had to run to the store to buy one. Scratches on my new tub and just a little unhappy with the service to be honest.

Michael was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They saved me hundreds on a repair that another company quoted hundreds of dollars higher. I will be using Riverway from now on.

Riverway provides excellent, timely, and affordable service. They have fixed plumbing issues for me on two different occasions (replumbed my hot water heater when it was leaking; fixed incorrectly installed shower drainage system); both times they provided a seamless experience from the time I placed the phone call to schedule with them through the completion of the repairs. On both occasions they fit me into their schedule within two days, which was faster than other plumbers in the area could get to me. They have reasonable hourly rates and don’t seem to charge an arm and a leg just because they can. In fact, when my second issue came up it was fixed within a half hour so the plumber kindly offered to look at any other plumbing issues (if I had any) since the fee would be the same up to the hour mark- that’s great customer service!

It is always fast to get an appointment with Riverway. They have helped me on three occasions, and have been on time and done the work right the first time. Fair prices.
