Steve and company have all been a pleasure to work with. We’ve used them 3 times for 3 different jobs in the last 4 months and they’ve been so easy to schedule. Everyone is always professional, incredibly friendly, and have all done great work. We can’t recommend them enough, and will continue to use them moving forward.

Scott P. was awesome. Showed up early, diagnosed the problem quickly, showed us the root cause, replaced the part, inspected our furnace in the basement (with shoe booties on!) and was very polite and courteous. Definitely use Maxson again, and will be asking for Scott!

I would not know what to do without these guys! My AC went out in the middle of the night which is a huge concern being I take care of my 90 year old grandmother. I called and spoke to Steve (the owner) who was very pleasant and sent out a tech within the hour. My technician Scott was professional and fast! He even was nice enough to stay an extra hour to make sure everything ran properly! I love them would definitely use them again! (My unit was 20 years old at that) Scott means business!

The owner, Steve, is by far one of the most conscientious and professional corporate entrepreneurs I’ve ever come across in years and years of home ownership. Steve is attentive, listens, problem solves and actually cares deeply that a job is done at 101% satisfaction. His employees are always friendly, professional and attentive. They are not dismissive or “slick”—meaning, they pay attention to a client and not upsell on what’s not needed. We have had great experiences with two expert technicians, Scott and Alex. They really know how to diagnose and resolve issues.

Steve and his team replaced my entire HVAC system 2 years ago in 2018 - the guys were prompt each day they showed up and they went above and beyond. Quality is evident in their work. They also put a new chimney liner in my mechanical chimney as well. Maxson knows what they are doing and they are efficient and responsive.

Steve and Company did an excellent job installing a new Trane furnace, cased A coil, Aprilaire humidifier, programmable thermostat, and outdoor Trane condenser. Maxson Heating and Air Conditioning promptly arrived as scheduled and performed quality work at a fair price .

Steve came out and installed a circuit board on our furnace in a timely manner and kept us informed throughout the whole process. We were pleased with his professionalism and knowledge and will call him going forward for servicing of our furnace and air conditioner.

I had Maxson come out and fix my AC that went out over the summer. While the technician was here, he suggested to look at my furnace. Am I glad that he did. He found the heat exchanger FULL of cracks. With me working from home... it could have spelled disaster. They replace my whole HVAC system doing a fantastic job. I highly recommend Maxson!
