Can you fall in love with your furnace and air conditioner? Well, we have. Maxson sized a new system for us perfectly and we now have the most quiet and efficient system with a thermostat that I can control with my cell phone, from Florida. We are consistently comfortable all of the time.

Called around to get quotes from various HVAC companies to repair/replace my aging furnace. Steve was quick to respond and even quicker to come out and inspect my unit, scheduling a visit early in the morning to accommodate my family's busy life. He was honest, helpful and professional, and did not try to sell me more than I needed. This positive interaction led me to decide to go with Maxson for my new furnace, and I am glad I did. Scott is very professional. He was on time, kind, and honest about the condition of our AC unit, which is quite old. He helped me think through the cost/benefit of replacing parts versus the whole unit. One part needed to be replaced but he explained how all other components are still in good shape. He encouraged replacing the part (but wasn't pushy) based on his assessment that the rest of the unit is still working well. Scott's work has been consistent with all technicians from Maxson who have worked on our home.

These guys are great to work with. They are polite and respectful. Their work is great and the pricing is competitive. Also, trust them and that’s a big deal for me because so many contractors rip off home owners that don’t know a lot about the trades. When Steve tells you need something you can tell he means it and is not just running up the bill. I recommend using Manson because they do a good job.
