Alex and William are a dedicated, professional team who did an excellent job installing our new furnace, humidifier, and air scrubber expeditiously. We had been without heat for two days because our old furnace has to be shut down because of a cracked heat exchanger and carbon monoxide leaks. Maxson Heating and A/C did a thorough routine service and maintenance check on 12/15/21, through which we found out how serious and tenuous our heating situation was. Ronnie and Steve spent a lot of time with us, reviewing options to ensure our new system was right for our needs. They rearranged their schedules to ensure we got our new unit installed at the earliest opportunity. Both Ronnie and Steve were on site at different times on Friday 12/17 to check on progress and ensure everything was on schedule and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Maxson Heating and A/C for their “total care” approach and solving our issues so quickly and professionally. Top notch in my book. We have switched to Maxson Heating & Air Conditioning a few years ago, by chance. Actually, we needed a duct cleaning after a work for a new room addition was done and they've offered a very good deal including HVAC tuning. Since then, we've worked with them for regular maintenance, but it is just recently that we had an emergency. They've been quick, professional and proved to us that their staff is knowledgeable and capable of fixing on the spot, not just replacing when a new unit will arrive...
