Responsive, knowledgeable, and fairly priced... Jim responded quickly to my service request when my upstairs AC unit stopped working. Chris came on time, diagnosed problem accurately, and fixed as explained. I finally found my "go to" HVAC service company. Highly recommended!

I was at my parents' house in the western suburbs in November 2021 when their five-year-old furnace went out overnight. At 7am, the outside temp was 27 degrees and we were wearing coats inside. To complicate matters, my mother is bedridden and in home hospice with brain cancer -- we were so worried about her freezing. The HVAC company my parents have used for years said they couldn't come out for at least seven hours.

I googled HVAC providers, and Pure Climate had excellent reviews. Jim answered and was so kind. He moved things around so someone could come out by 10am. At about 9:30, we (embarrassingly) realized that we had replaced the batteries in the thermostat incorrectly, and we fixed the issue ourselves. (Clearly my mom was the one who expertly handled household upkeep...my dad and the adult kids are trying to take over the work and doing a C- job!)

Chris the technician was so gracious when I called to cancel even though he was already en route. This is a dedicated small business with kind, responsive people. My dad will definitely be using Pure Climate going forward, and we recommend Jim & co. to anyone in the western suburbs looking for a great HVAC company!

We have had problems with our AC for years. I was tired of the band-aid approach so I searched online and found Pure Climate which had excellent reviews. The owner, Jim, called me back within a half hour, and the technician came out next day. He was prompt, thorough, and pleasant. I will definitely be switching over to this company for future needs.

Chris was absolutely excellent. He can hours after being called, quickly repaired two furnaces, dealt with our warranty company, and was courteous the entire time!

Jim came out same day and fixed our AC this summer. His price was a fraction of what other companies quoted. We have since used them to fix our furnace. 5 star service across the board and prices can’t be beat.

Chris explained to me all that he was going to do on the furnace in a very professional way. Once the work was complete, he showed me photos of the work he had done. Also, he kindly made a suggestion to me on an easy DIY project to better seal my furnace filter frame; showed me what to buy on-line and how to go about the work.
