Jim and his team are incredible. We contacted Jim to install an efficient AC and efficient furnace. He spent a couple hours talking through options and explaining the benefits and pricing for each. He was able to have both systems put in and up and running in 1 day. He also caught an issue with some wiring so fixed that the next day in a few hours. Jim is very responsive and thorough - he takes the time to explain everything to you and is very reasonable. We also had great experiences with Oscar who came back to finish off the ventilation. Oscar also came back free of charge to address some additional sealing of pipes that was needed when we first started the system and noticed some condensation - fixed the issue right away. Finally, Chris is very good at what he does. He was part of the installation team as well and did outstanding - we’ve had him back for routine maintenance and are very pleased. Jim is always very responsive and we are very happy we found our hvac company for all future needs.

Jim was very responsive when we contacted him. He provided a good estimate in a short amount of time. While Jim and Oscar were at our home, they were very respectful and clean. We would 100% recommend them to anyone who asks. They also made a creative solution to fit our new air blower in a small space along with our new requested air filter. We plan on using them again for all our HVAC needs. Thanks, Jim and Oscar, you worked very hard in hot conditions, so we could have a nice cool weekend.

We had another HVAC company come out first to look at our AC system that was leaking through the ceiling. They said we would need a new coil which would cost us about $2k. We wanted to get a 2nd opinion so we called Pure Climate. Chris came out that same day, spent a few minutes diagnosing the problem, and was able to fix it right then and there for a fraction of the cost. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and let me ride along with him to learn more about how everything worked. Highly recommend!

Found our HVAC partner for life! Jim was great! Our AC went out the last night and I had a hard time getting anyone to call me back during this hot weather. Got hold of Pure Climate and they were at my house a couple hours later. They quickly solved the issue and were extremely professional and thorough. These guys know their stuff and are passionate about what they do. Jim even took time to check the flow inside and found our unit was not calibrated to its potential. I will be using them for regular service and maintenance going forward. They also offer insulation and ventilation solutions which I will be setting up soon to help with airflow improvements in a few rooms. Call these guys!

Our furnace was leaking all over the floor everytime the air conditioner ran. I called today and Jim made the time to come out and repair. He took the time to explain everything and even noticed some things on the humidifier that needed my attention. Would definitely recommend!

These guys were prompt and professional from the very first interaction over the phone. I had a furnace and AC that were at their end of life (nearly 20 years old). Jim sent out Chris to assess, who was very courteous, honest and thorough in providing his diagnosis. It was determined that both units needed to be replaced. They provided the most competitive quotes and were able to install both units within a couple of weeks. Installation was also prompt, well managed, and they cleaned up all areas of my home - inside and out when complete. After a previous bad experience with a "big name" competitor, I found Pure Climate based on other reviews I read online. I gave them a call when our air conditioning went out. The owner, Jim, answered the phone! I was already impressed with not having to fight with an automated attendant. Jim said he would be able to get a man out that day and provided a one-hour window.

Chris showed up in the middle of the hour. He covered his shoes while in the house and began to diagnose the problem. He was able to quickly narrow it down to the blower and ultimately the circuit board. He said he would be able to swap a wire and we did not need to replace the circuit board unless there was some other problem in the future. While investigating he noticed an unrelated component that was beginning to fail as well. He asked if I was interested in replacing that since it would reduce wear on the motor itself. I went ahead and accepted that repair.

Overall, the total was less than I would have expected, and our AC was working fine within an hour. I will continue to use their services.

We’ve used Pure Climate twice in the past, once for a gas leak and again for A/C maintenance. This time our A/C unit wasn’t cooling. Jim responded to my message in less than 5 minutes and Chris came out the next morning- in less than 24 hours. He performed the routine maintenance; identified the problem, and offered me solutions. He wasn’t pushy and very honest with the pros/cons of the options. He offered a solution at a reasonable cost and repaired the problem on site. Chris came out to perform some regular maintenance on our AC unit and noticed some things that were not in great shape...he was able to fix the issues right then and everything is working great. Would HIGHLY recommend Pure Climate. I have used them multiple times since I bought this house. Extremely professional and reasonable pricing! Very easy to work with.
