This past summer Jim assessed our insulation needs and gave us a written proposal to remove and replace existing attic insulation and treat the attic with proper air sealing and ventilation. We got several bids to do the work but were most impressed with Jim's proposal and gave him the job. He and his crew came on the appointed day, completed all the work within a single day, and cleaned up afterwards. We've been very satisfied with the results and the comfort in our home particularly as we're now in our first winter heating season in the house. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim and in fact I referred my son to insulate the attic in his new townhouse with Jim, so there are 2 satisfied families who can recommend his work.

We called Pure Climate due to a small gas leak discovered during a home inspection. They fit us in to their busy schedule and communicated well during the lead up to the appointment. Oscar arrived on time and was really efficient in making the repair we needed. Further, he educated me about the humidifier on my furnace, and the maintenance I should be doing on a regular schedule. Oscar diligently cleaned our furnace and got this heating system ready to go for the new owners. I couldn’t ask for better or friendlier service. The price was very reasonable as well. I needed my AC outdoor unit temporarily removed while having pavers installed in my backyard. Jim came out to remove the unit and came back the next day to reinstall it. The work was done efficiently and he also performed maintenance on the unit to extend its life. Overall I was very satisfied and the price charged was better than other quotes received.

Jim Falakos and his team did an amazing attic and crawlspace insulation job. The whole process was done smoothly and professionally. Jim provided an exempelary service. He patiently answered all the concerns and questions I had. On the day of the job, Jim and his team did take a good amount of time to ensure the flooring isn't damaged which I am really happy about. And after the job, they cleaned up the whole thing as new. Finally, Jim mentioned that I would see an immediate change in the temperature after the insulation job, which was true. They provided us with an estimated time of arrival, and actually showed up early (sending a text 20 minutes before to give us an ETA). Chris was polite, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I thought our AC wasn’t keeping up. The tech came out and pointed we were using a thicker air filter so the airflow was not as high as it could be and also took a look at the attic. Recommended improving the attic insulation over any AC upgrades. He did add a pound of refrigerant. The overall charge was for one hour and the pound of refrigerant. Very through visit and a very reasonable price.

Chris was excellent. Very knowledgeable and explained the issues clearly. They were able to come out the same day to fix my Nest thermostat's issues due to the weird wiring in my old house and it's working great now! I'll definitely use them in the future.

Had a rusted pipe coming from my HVAC system. They were there the same day with a temporary fix and came back a week later for a permanent one.
