Got my AC, furnace and water heater replaced by Pure Climate and I'm extremely satisfied!

Chris and Jim were extremely professional and responsive. Chris came out next day to inspect my old system and provided a very competitive quote the same day, pointing out issues other companies had skipped.
Jim followed up and worked with me on price and scheduling to get the new system installed.

Oscar and John installed the new system and did an amazing job. They were both extremely professional and worked really hard to make sure we had heating up and running by the end of day one of the installation to avoid any discomfort.

Christopher of Pure Climate came out to my house a few days ago after I came home from work to find that my Nest thermostat wasn't working properly due to some sort of power issue. He was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes and, before I knew it, my thermostat was working again properly. I called around to other similar companies and the response time and pricing of those places paled in comparison to Pure Climate. I would highly recommend and, for myself, will use them again in the future.

I am very pleased with Pure Climate. Was able to get non-emergency service appt within 1 week of calling. I will note that we called them last year over New Years weekend when our heat went out. They came out when our previous service tecnician would not. I really appreciate these guys.

We had Chris come out today and check our system after receiving news from another company that our system was old and to cool the house to adequate temperatures would require tens of thousands in new duct installation. Chris assessed the system, explained what was going on, diagnosed the issue and resolved while informing me what the issue was and how he was resolving it. I will be using Pure Climate going forward for all my HVAC needs. Very professional and helpful!

We recently purchased a 6-unit multi-family property. Our inspection revealed that one of the furnaces was at the end of its useful life and needed to be replaced. We shopped around and found that Pure Climate had excellent reviews. I spoke with Jim Falakos prior to booking in our installation and explained that we are investors and wanted a dependable yet affordable solution. Jim was very clear and honest in our discussions and gave us a quote for 3 options which all ended up as the best prices of all our quotes. We were able to schedule an installation time that was convenient for both our schedule and our tenant's schedule and helped ensure replacement occurred before the weather turned cold. Oscar and his assistant installed the furnace and were very professional and knowledgable. The installation took longer than expected due to the situation of the prior furnace installation and was only completed after 7pm on a Friday night. Oscar was great and there were no complaints and there was no last minute change in price despite the extra effort required. Oscar was also willing to give me an extra 20 minutes to inspect another unit that was experiencing some operating issues and he was completely accommodating. I highly recommend Pure Climate and the team and will certainly be using them in the future.

What do you do when you live in Chicago in February and your heat stops working? Pray to God or Ditka and hope for the best? Within 5 minutes of my heat cycling like it was going to go on but never actually igniting (and this is a furnace that is only 6 years old), I looked for the highest rated HVAC company and came across Pure Climate. I wrote them saying my heat was out and I think Jim wrote back in 2 minutes. He said he could get someone out right away. Chris came and basically it was as simple as that we needed a cleaning, which he did. I won't say their price but it was extremely reasonable. Now, he could have said this is some major problem and it's going to be $2,000 and I wouldn't know but he didn't. Chris was also very knowledgeable and friendly. I can't speak for everyone that works there but definitely recommend Chris. I already booked him again to install a whole house humidifier!

My furnace was squealing on and off when constantly running in such a harsh winter. I called Pure Climate based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google. They picked up the phone and was very accommodating and the tech came over within a couple of hours! Chris quickly identified the problem and came back the second day with the new part. He replaced the old part and did the maintenance work in an hour. I think that their price is fair and am very satisfied with the quality of work, responsiveness and communication. I am glad that I found them and will definitely use them in the future.

I fielded a few proposals for attic insulation. Jim at Pure Climate was the most professional and knowledgeable. He gave a complete estimate, no hidden charges, timeline of project and all that will be involved. He provided a very detailed estimate paperwork. Needless to say I opted to use Pure Climate and was very pleased with work. Job was completed ahead of schedule. I was so pleased with Jim and his work I recommend him to my neighbor. Definitely would do business with Pure Climate again.

Very happy with the service! I received their information from a family member, called on a Monday afternoon and they were free to come the next morning. Very responsive, texted me the confirmation immediately and the tech let me know when he was on his way. Arrived exactly on time. Chris (the tech) was very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job accessing the problem and giving an explanation. Luckily more of a wiring problem from the former house owners and he was able to fix our system rather quickly. Service, price, time frame all excellent, we will be using again!

Chris is super nice very professional. Jim is quick to respond to calls and texts. Prices are reasonable. I have a very old unit and twice they were able to get up and running. I can’t stress enough how happy I am.
