Jeff and Eric were prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and at times funny :). Not only did they install the new boiler, they restored heat to a section of the house that did not get it before. AWESOME! The price beat out Olson by $3000.00. My wife and I are happy to start the New Year in a warm and comfortable home thanks to Robinson Heating and Cooling.

Nestor is very professional and goes above and beyond... answers any questions you may have.

We have been extremely pleased with Robinson since they installed our new system in July 2018. We have dealt mainly with Cory and Jorge. They are always timely, neat, professional, etc. Can't say enough about the high quality of their work.

My experience with Robinson Heating & Cooling Inc has always been excellent the times I needed their service and I find them to be honest! I am writing this review as they are working in my house. The service people that come out are kind, always happy, and experienced; even the ladies in the office are very nice. Being the first time I had to replace the furnace and AC and knowing nothing about it, Bill did an excellent job explaining the different products available, and the differences between them in such way I felt comfortable choosing one right away and the right one for my home and not having to have him explain things over and over or asking around for advise. Eric and Jeff did a fantastic job of installing our new furnace. Jeff also installed a dedicated electrical line to the furnace. They were courteous, competent and professional, and happy to answer questions I had about how the furnace humidifier worked. Now we have a nice, new furnace that is quieter than the old furnace.

My furnace worked well all winter. When late spring arrived, I tried to turn on the Air Conditioner. It did not work.

I called Robinson and asked for Corey. The dispatcher said Corey would be at my house later that day.

Corey came in about 2 hours. He adjusted some wires, set the thermostat and turned on the Air Conditioner.

The charges were reasonable.

Jorge found a dead mouse in my AC unit and got rid of it like a champion 🏆 I've been using this company for years and they have always been prompt, pleasant and efficient--recommend!!

Used today and it was mainly sales pitch talk no real solutions on repair. Charged 100 bucks for visit and gave estimate to change everything without giving solution on repair. I won't be using this service again. On the company card it says FRee Estimates which is false advertising so stay away from this company

We had a malfunctioning furnace. I called late evening and the next morning we had a worker helping us! Corey was fabulous! He was honest and gave very good advice about our problem. Will definitely use them again!
