Prompt, experienced professionals, that installed our furnace. Leaving detailed instructions how to care for and keep it running efficiently. Installing it so that if we have problems with our air conditioner ,ever, that could be changed out easily as well. They didn’t rob us either like the other company that came out tried to do, we lost one hundred dollars ,after receiving improper diagnostic , and thankfully were recommended to Robinson by all our friends. Thank you Jeff and Eric for coming in and leaving our home better than what you found it. Hanging the door for us and working courteously as well as immaculately!
This business has changed hands. Wes serviced our furnace, an excellent technician. Owners wanted double price for needed new furnace. We were forced to utilize a different company. That is why rating changed from 5 to 3 star.

I was without heat. My son contacted this company.
Mr. Hanson came to my home on Tuesday, and on Thursday the
new boiler furnace was installed. He even came by the day of
installation to see how things were going. This was my first
experience, and I was very impressed. Mr. Hanson was upfront

Wes was theTech that performed service at 3170 w. Monroe st in Waukegan. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Kern heating and cooling came to my home twice and said nothing was wrong with the unit. Your tech Wes from Robinson actually took unit out from the wall kern did not and immediately found broken fan blades. I felt very comfortable with the tech that performed the work and I am highly satisfied with his work ethic and professional demeanor. Thank you wes

George was our first repairman from Robinson and we were very impressed with him from the first visit. Now when we call Robinson we always request George.. Robinson is lucky to have him as an employee.

Bill, Jeff and Eric were absolutely AWESOME !! Bill gave us the best price we could possibly find AND right out of the gate. We did shop around for the exact Carrier equipment models that we wanted which we had already predetermined because they fit the house size perfectly. As Bill reviewed the configurations there was never any pressure to make a quick decision and we were never offered any add-ons we didn't need, unlike some other companies we reached out to. Bill answered every question we could come up with and explained it all in a way we could easily understand. Robinson Heating and Cooling are on our neighborhood preferred vendor list and we know many neighbors that have chosen them and thankfully we did too.
The installation was flawless as well. Jeff and Eric completed the job in a timely manner, left a clean campsite, took the time to get every thing set up on our smart phones AND also patiently took the time to explain to us how to use everything. Not too sure how soon we'll need another AC or furnace since these Carriers are such high quality units that come with a fantastic warranty, but I do know we'll never go anywhere else, and we highly recommend the Robinson team. The technician Cory Larson was very professional, thorough, detailed, knowledgeable and experienced. He answered our questions and he did not rush to do his job. He was very comfortable in our house. Please to the owners do whatever you have to do to retain this employee. Good help is hard to find these days. I would recommend Mr. Cory Larson and his expertise anytime. Used this company for the last 4yrs we've been in our house including the after hours triage line. They have been very responsive to our service calls and helped troubleshoot an issue over the weekend over the phone reassuring us it was not an emergency saving us some major $$ until we could get service at the beginning of the week. They have been very honest, pleasant to work with and even when I requested a particular tech not be sent again they were incredibly accommodating with no questions asked.
Jeff and Eric replaced our a/c and furnace and worked efficiently and professionally which was very much appreciated. Seem to be two of the most senior guys and did a great job and cleaned up to the point you'd never known they'd been in my house.
Prices are fair and techs are experienced. Will use them again for sure!

Robinson replaced my boiler (heater). Their team was professional and efficient. Very knowledgeable and helpful removing the old heater and installing the new one. We worked on the options available to me and i was able to select the unit that was in my budget, and time table. You should call them. Mark, Eric, Corey and George performed wonderfully.
