The entire Robinson team is dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. When you call Robinson, you know you are getting the finest service and the best value. The work they do is second to none in the Waukegan and Lake County area.

Terrible possibly worst service . We called them for a diagnostic and the guy just took one look at our central air unit and just said we either replace it or pay $600 to repair with no guarantee of it working. We got a second opinion and it got fixed in less than an hour. Turns out that a hose had fell off and it was blowing air under my trailer. The guy did nothing at all and had the audacity to charge us $100. I seriously feel like the person was just trying to take our money Cuz he saw we didn't know anything. Save your money & call Al Misurelli & sons .

Not worth giving even 1 star for these rude and unprofessional company. They missed the appointment when we called they said there is nothing they could do. They will give another 3 hour wait slot but they can't guaranteed and we should find someone else. I am working with Better Business Bureau for this. Business license should be revoked for these kind of businesses...

Everyone at Robinson was friendly and very helpful. Bill Hanson help me with my insurance company. Jeff installed my a/c on the hottest day of the year, quickly and neatly! Thanks again Jeff!

Fine service, polite service personal and very helpful. Helped me with an intermittent problem that I thought was a furnace circuit board problem but, was actually with my Nest Thermostat. Although the Nest instructions didn’t mention the fact that the Common lead of the Thermostat must be connected to the furnace circuit board Common lead. Adding that 5th wire solved the problem. Thanks Robinson Heating and Cooling.
