Jorge did an excellent job checking and servicing my high efficiency gas furnace per a pre-paid maintenance contract (highly recommended). He clearly explained how I might be able to achieve a better balance of "hot" and "cold" spots in my home by adjusting the air flow dampers in the ductwork in my basement. Also, he patiently explained a number of details concerning how the furnace operates and how to know if there are any problems. If you have problems, ask for Jorge. He enjoys his work and he knows what he is doing.

Mark arrived on time and promptly performed maintenance on my unit. I did not have a good experience with the previous technician when they were out however Mark made the extra effort to engage in conversation. He listened to my complaint about his company without judgment. He deserves recognition even though his company does not.
