You always know what's going on, from when you phone in for service to when they call to remind you of your appointment, call if the technician is running late, and call when the technician arrives. Once the specialist arrives on site, they introduce themselves, listen to your complaint, inspect, diagnose, and then present you with numerous solutions, ranging from temporarily fixing it to keep it going to completely fixing it and everything in between.
