We are doing home renovation… We called Crawford… They were fast to get someone to look at our first job… It was heating and air inspection… We then had them come and build us a plan for getting our water purified and beautiful… Chris was first on the job he was professional, on time, new his craft, set up our plumbing team, they finished in a timely manner, And had no problems with added work change orders, he was very good about communication, just an overall wonderful experience… We will be using Crawford again in the near future for the next phase of our renovation

I needed multiple plumbing problems fixed. I had an old pipe leading out to my hose faucet that needed replaced, I had a leak from my shower into my basement, and I needed my ancient clothes washing faucets replaced. Crawford's Plumbers showed up when I expected them and did my work professionally and at a good price.

As the building maintenance manager of a high profile commercial property in the QC's , I cannot overstate the importance of having Crawford Companies as a valued partner. From their various Department leaders (I've used them all) to their professional service techs I know with confidence that a call to Crawford will get me a prompt response and a high quality task performance. Very professional, very timely, outstanding work. Not only did they install my new furnace with exceptional craftsmanship, they cleaned up and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend.

Crawford Company installed a Bryant ductless system in our second floor dormer, in November 2019. It was installed promptly and efficiently. We are thrilled with the comfort it has brought our dormer, with the bonus of being so quiet, you can’t tell it is on. We would highly recommend the Bryant ductless system and Crawford Company!!

Worst experience ever on having a water softener replaced and a floor drain cleaned out. I'd give them negative stars. The tech couldn't follow directions on the height of where I wanted the shut off valves installed. He said he understood what I wanted done and where to locate the valves. I went back to check if he needed any thing and found the valves located over 2 feet lower. Then he created a fuss when I told him that I wanted the valves moved to where I had originally requested and I was not going to pay for his mistake. I came back later and the valves were still a foot lower than I had requested.

He then cleaned out a floor drain.

He said that he was done and went out to his truck to get the bill. I then went to check on the work and found that there was water spraying out of an union. He then had to run back out to his truck to tighten the union. Pretty sloppy work that you don't check for leaks before leaving.

After he left I noticed other things that the tech messed up on.
While he was soldering he removed the battery from the smoke detector and I discovered that he had not re-installed it after he had left. This could have been a tragedy had there been a fire.

When he cleaned the floor drain he splattered the crude in the drain all over my plaster wall and dehumidifier. He didn't bother cleaning up his mess.

He didn't take the old water softener with him like I was told he would do.

The manager didn't seem to care and dismissed this as mistakes happen. He said he has forgotten to put the battery back in smoke detectors before.

I wouldn't recommend this company. Especially with what they charged for this poor workmanship and the tech claimed to be a professional plumber. From my experience, anytime a tech has to emphasize their years of experience and that they are a professional, I am dealing with someone that knows less than me and the work will be subpar.

Crawford plumbing and HAVAC has completed work at the two homes I’ve owned in the quad cities ranging in cost from $100 service call to $2,600 sewer repair. They’re responsive, diligent, polite and fair. I’ll recommend them to anyone.

We called for service because our system was not cooling. It took 2.5 hours to determine that it was a bad thermostat. Then we were charged $120 an hour to drive to pick up a thermostat. By the time we were all done our bill was just shy of $700. The Thermostat was less than $200. This is just a warning when you call for service..... get an estimate. After asking for explanations for charges the bill was reduced by 1.5 hours.

Very professional, fast, and very reliable on keeping a time frame. I have enrolled in their maintenance program as well to make sure all my units are running and operating efficiently. Best investment I have enrolled in and hands down.

Not to mention they were the absolute best priced quote when I decided to upgrade to more efficient units at my building. Thanks Crawford !!
