Crawford Company

Our water heater went out yesterday. Crawford was the only company in the area that could give us an appointment right away. They came out this morning, assessed that our water heater had a hole in it. The service man called in and asked to have a new one delivered to our house. He waited till it arrived, which wasn’t too horribly long. He got the new one installed and took our old one too. My husband said the service man was nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely work with Crawford again! Thank you for making this a great experience!

They did an excellent job all around from start to finish went above and beyond to explain and install cold air returns in my upstairs area install furnace and ac a lot more even through our we went with two stage and it really paid of thank you Andrew and your awesome crew. Rich schnoor

Excellent customer service from scheduling to job completion. The plumber was fantastic. He even cleaned up after himself! He doubled checked his work to make sure the drain was totally cleared! I liked what they did and it was cheaper than I thought it would cost me. I liked them so much I scheduled them to do another job for me. I highly recommend the Crawford Company for all of your plumbing needs.

Ian arrived on time and was highly personable and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and performed his maintenance in a timely and professional manner. I have found the company I will turn to for all my home related issues. I see from this review the list of other services Crawford Company offers. Crawford will be hearing from me soon . Usually they're great. Jack is wonderful. But seems their estimations have fallen short. I've waited over 2 weeks for a quote on a lateral pipe repair after getting the scope performed. I've received no communication from the estimators despite me making several calls.

This delay has caused me to find another company to perform the work.

Outstanding service and the crew was always allowing us to ask questions. All the piping was replaced to create better water pressure. They did EVERYTHING to make sure that we were happy before they said they were done. I felt that I was their number 1 customer with the communication. When I forgot what day they were coming to start, and they were on time, they offered to reschedule. These guys were great with great attitudes. Shout out to Chris who helped with every step of the way...even the weird issues they had working around me working from home.

Just had a great experience with Crawford, great customer service. Would give them 6 stars if I could. They just gained a customer for life.

Just used Crawford again, this time for heating.
Their prices are very very affordable and the technician was professional and very friendly.I promise after you use Crawford you will never use another company again.

I've used Crawford twice in the past six months. Once for plumbing and once for heating/air. Both times I was very impressed with their ability to get to me fast. Plumbing the day I called and heating the morning after I called. Work was done professionally, the personnel were friendly and helpful and I thought the prices were very reasonable. We replaced our furnace. The Crawford salesman was helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He understood our needs and budget and was helpful and friendly. The installers did a super job. Left everything cleaner than they found it and took time to explain what they were doing and how the new equipment operated. I'd definitely recommend Crawford and will call them again if the need arises.

Having to deal with a broken water heater and the warranty company is enough to give a person a heart attack from all the frustration. Calling Crawford company… I have to say, with all the excuses companies use during the pandemic, not once did I feel taken advantage of. I was made a priority. Today my family has a brand new tankless water heater and are showering!!! Lol it’s amazing how much we take for granted sometimes. I highly recommend this company for its professionalism, quick response and actually cared what we as a family were going through. If I ever waste my time writing a review it’s usually I am angry or frustrated about another complacent company looking to squeeze everything they can out of a person. Not with Crawford Company!
