Victor was great to work with. I had 2 other companies come out and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Victor was able to diagnose the problem and fix it the same day!

I was told that I needed a whole new unit so I called Smart Choice Hvac to get a second opinion and Victor said he just needed to replace a failing part. I will call Smart Choice Hvac when it’s time for a new furnace. They are prompt, courteous and honest!

My warranty company assign technician from this company. I have water leak from ac coil to furnace base and keeping my system off because of this. When he reached to me he started looking on other irrelevant points on watering ac outside, filling gas and never tried to look into the actual issue. He denied to stay and check on the issue as I just turn on the system. He told to call him when water starts dripping. I called never picked, text him with the issue - responded and by the evening he submitted baseless diagnosis to CHW.
I highly suggest to not have business with this company. Its scam.
