I am glad that I found a company that is professional and reliable . My furnace broke down on a Sunday night and it was freezing inside. I called Smart Choice HVAC and since they offer 24/7 emergency service they sent someone out right away. Victor was very knowledgeable, and straight forward. He addressed the problem and luckily had the part stocked in his truck, he got my furnace up and running in no time. I highly recommend them , if I could give them 10 stars I would . Outstanding job 👍🏽

Victor was very communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. When I purchased my condo, I feared I would have to replace the aging, rooftop furnace. But Victor thoroughly inspected the unit, and after a few minor adjustments, assured me it was in good working condition. Smart Choice HVAC definitely lived up to its name!

The Young Man was on time to start with. He made me aware when he was on his way. Once here he was extremely courteous answering all my concerns. Most of all he was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE in his job. He diagnosed the problem super fast then went to his truck for the part. When I looked up from my phone the unit was already working. He had installed the burnt out part that fast! Last but not least Victor was extremely pleasant. Cant say enough good things about this Young Man. Definitely an Asset and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

HVAC company was very timely and organized. The technician, Victor, was prompt & very knowledgeable. He fixed a leak and filled my AC unit with freon. He also checked my air filter & furnace to ensure everything was working properly before leaving. I am very thankful for Victor & Smart Choice for getting my AC working!! Victor was sent to me by my home warranty company. He was able to diagnose the issue in less that 10 minutes after the first guy my warranty place sent misdiagnosed my issue. Easy to get a hold of and keeps in contact step by step. If you have a home warranty hope that they send these guys.

I had an issue with my furnace over the very cold days in Chicago. I called Smart Choice for help at 7pm and Victor showed up within 30 mins to fix the problem. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix our furnace without any issues.
