After moving into a new home, I needed to have my furnaces fully inspected. Víctor did an excellent job performing maintenance on my two furnaces. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. After our initial appointment, Victor recommended to either replace or attempt to repair a failing furnace that was already 32 years old. He was able to provide me a fair and affordable price on both options. I ended up deciding on getting a new furnace and he was able to quickly come in that same week and install it. After the installation he gave me a thorough walkthrough. Overall I’m very satisfied with the services provided and I intend to call him again for future maintenance services.

Technician Victor is very courteous, prompt and relatable. Kept me informed about his arrival time. Identified and diagnosed the problem quickly. Completed the repairs very satisfactorily.

I was connect with Smart Choice HVAC through my home warranty. In previous experiences I’ve been connected to companies after normal business hours (9-5) with a set appointment but that time never holds true. With smart HVAC I called about 730pm after obtaining the appointment notification through the warranty company to confirm my appointment. Not only did they answer, the narrowed my appointment window. Victor was our service technician. He arrived on time and was able to process payments via phone. I am an active Solider not in the area that was extremely important to me. Ultimately I had a clogged drain and it was not covered by my warranty as it’s considered maintenance. Really enjoyed the experience of company. I’ve never had such a great experience. I also inquired about their service plans and decided to purchase the service plan to conduct the regular maintenance for the furnace and A/C units. Highly recommend.

I really appreciated working with Victor. I live out of state and the AC in my rental property was acting up. Placed a claim with my home warranty and the next day Victor was there. I explained to him the situation and he kept me in the loop with constant updates and pictures of the work he did. Very honest, courteous, and professional. I will definitely use him again.

Update- I can't say enough good things about the level of professionalism that was displayed by Victor. The home warranty claim process was a disaster at no fault to him but he kept me informed throughout the whole process and when it came time for him to replace the unit he got it done the next day! You just can't find that level of customer service these days. He's definitely my go to guy moving forward.

I was referred to Smart Choice after another heating company dropped the ball on my repair. We hadn't had heat in 3 weeks and we were reassigned to Smart Choice through our home warranty plan. Victor was our technician and he was professional and punctual. He had the part we needed on the truck and our heat was up and running in less than 15 min! Will definitely be using them again!

Victor the owner was great to work with! He was friendly, prompt, accurate, knowledgeable, accommodating, and trustworthy. We definitely felt he went above and beyond to get the job done and helped save us money too. He did what he could to repair our 1992 central air unit to get us by. We also used him to order and install a new one when needed.
