I can't say enough good things about Smart Choice and Victor. I had three quotes. Victor came out and tested everything before he told me that my air conditioning unit needed replaced. The other two companies didn't test anything. Victor's quote came in at more than $1000 less than the other two companies. He explained everything to me and he didn't leave a mess. I will reccomend Smart Choice to everyone I know.

We recently had an issue with our furnace and hence the heating stopped. I called my home warranty company on Friday evening who assigned this ticket to Smart Choice. Their technician Viktor came the next morning, diagnosed the issue, worked with my home warranty company for their approval to order the damaged part (a motor) and ordered the same. Unfortunately the part was not available in stock. He picked up the part today noon, came to my home and fixed the issue. I was very happy with the whole experience where I did not have to chase anyone.

Victor from Smart Choice was polite and professional. He arrived early and explained everything to me from start to finish. What a pleasure dealing with someone like Victor!
