After the technician left, I noticed the basement light was turned off. I always keep it turned on because the litter boxes are down there. I pulled the cord, but the light did not turn on. I unscrewed the bulb and screwed it in another socket. It worked. The light had been on before the technician got there. He did something such that the socket no longer worked. I called Beery and left a message.
John Beery called me back this morning, and informed me he would not send anyone out to fix my socket. He has lost my business for good. I was planning on using him to install a new A/C. Obviously I won't use him now.

Beery is very reliable, according to my pastor who typically, if not always, uses Beery for their HVAC needs. They were very helpful when I visited their office/warehouse.

Service was excellent from start to finish. John was great facilitating a very fast turnaround for a new HVAC system and his crew (Phil, Dave, & Dan) very skilled installing in a less than ideal space. They were suburb! I couldn't be happier!

We recently had our furnace go out during an abnormally cold April. John and team not only responded promptly (on a Saturday), but they also provided a very upfront and honest evaluation of the issue which helped me be able to make the decision to replace the furnace. John himself was at my house on Sunday to go over the options and help me make the right choice for my family and I. Then, two highly trained and personable technicians were on site the next morning to replace my furnace. I couldn't have been happier with the service from beginning to end and the level of professionalism and honesty was second to none. I will be a Beery customer for life!

Came out to check nonworking tankless water heater. I was told I needed a new heater. Due to small space they needed to figure out type of heater to install. They took my $105 service and said they would call me. After waiting 2 weeks with no call I had another company do the work and let Berry know what happened. I then did receive a text with a quote. Very disappointed as I did use them before and was happy.

The owner was the individual who came out to provide a quote for me on a new A/C unit for my townhome. He was very professional, courteous, and answered all my questions and provided thorough explanations to my inquiries. The day of the new install, the guys were very professional, respectful of my home and completed the job within the window they said they would need. I would absolutely recommend Beery to friends and family!

I switched to Beery several years ago after some difficulty with my prior provider, Energy Services. With the A/C hitting 20 years in age this year it was time for a replacement. I asked Beery and two others to give me a quote for a new Furnace, A/C and Humidifier. John Beery did the estimate and he was helpful and did not apply any pressure. Ignoring the added benefit that Beery uses American Standard brand equipment (Aprilaire for the Humidifier) and the other 2 were offering Lennox, the fact that the Beery quote was the lowest speaks to the value the firm provides. A father and son team of technicians were there at 7AM as promised on install day and replaced everything, walked me through the operating directions, cleaned up and left by 1PM. Jordan and Phil were polite, helpful, clean and very efficient. I couldn't be happier about my experience.

Our 18 year old AC finally stopped working and we were in the market for a new AC. We submitted an inquiry late Sunday night and received a call from John Beery first thing Monday morning. He came out the same day and set expectations of when they could be out to install. They followed through on those expectations, arriving at the time stated, and remained extremely communicative throughout the process. We couldn't be happier with the team John sent out to do the work. He even checked up on the work personally.
We now have a new American Standard AC that evenly cools the entire house. We also have a new HVAC company!

Had a major issue with a leaking pipe attached to my water softener that was flooding my basement. First, they were able to identify what I needed to do to stop the leak immediately, simply by looking at a picture that I sent. Frank the plumber then came over and was very informative, knowledgeable, and talked me through a couple scenarios on how to fix the issue. After the job was complete in great time, he then went over potential next steps and potential issues that might arise from the old system that I have, which was very helpful! Overall, very satisfied!!
