My furnace went out and my home warranty called Barrett Heating and Air to come out. Keith called and gave me and 15 minutes heads up when he’ll arrive. Once he arrive he was very polite and friendly even willing to take his shoes off. As for the furnace, he worked on it, fixed it and and gave me some useful tips. Furnace is working and I’m a very satisfied customer especially them coming out on a Saturday. Thanks again.

Keith is awesome. I had two other people tell me that I needed to replace my furnace. Keith took a brief look at it and informed me that it was a fixable part and he could get it taken care of for a fraction of the cost. If you need HVAC service give Keith a call.

The owner, Keith, is amazing and does fantastic work! He is very quick to answer your call and any questions you have. He is very honest and doesn't overcharge or try to charge you for unnecessary work! I highly recommend him for any and all of your HVAC needs!! I would give 6 stars if I could!

My furnace stopped working and Keith stopped by at the short notice and was able to get it fixed quickly. He saved me a ton by not having to replace the entire furnace which was strongly recommended/pushed by another HVAC company.

Meet Keith on January 2, 2021 after my furnace kicked the can. Warranty company sent him to my house and he quickly identified the issue - needed a NEW FURNACE - middle of winter. He helped us expedite the process through the warranty company and within 2 days was here with the new furnace to install it. I had one issue with the drain and just recently needed some additional repair on the unit ( covered by the manufacture are a defect ). Keith answer the phone when i called and was here both times right away to diagnose the issue. Keith is responsive, understands urgency and knows what he is doing. CALL KEITH - you won't regret it.

I came home from work today (90 degree day) to house that was 79 degrees inside and rising. In a panic, I searched online for a heating and air repair man with little hope since it was already pushing 6pm in the middle of the week during a heat wave. Luckily, I found a glowing review for Keith from a previous satisfied customer with what sounded like a similar issue. I called the number and to my surprise someone answered. I told Keith my problem and he said he would be over in about an hour. Less than an hour later he showed up, got right to work, and fixed the problem in no time. He even walked me though what he was working on and why so I knew he wasn't trying to scam me into lying for unneeded services. I couldn't be happier with this experience. Not all heroes wear capes!

Keith always gets the job done in a quick, timely, affordable, and high quality manner. Keith has replaced my air conditioner, water heater, and heater. He has also replaced our antique thermostat with the Ecobee Thermostat. He has always been friendly and responsive whenever he has come to our rescue.
