    The home warranty company that we typically use, sent two heat repair technicians to our home for our noisy heating system. Each one gave a different diagnosis of the problem, which eventually caused us to be without heat at all. We were all set to pay nearly $1000 for a new motor and housing…with a warning that we wouldn’t have heat for about two weeks.

    But we decided to get a third opinion. We called the HVAC company that installed our unit many years ago, but they no longer serviced our area. So we called a couple of other places and landed with House of Heat.

    Their service proved to be just as wonderful as all of the reviews indicated. First they arrived at our home within an hour or so of our call. “Rich” was the technician, who came overly prepared. He immediately got to work, and found the problem right away. He showed us the damage to the system (caused by one of the warranty company techs we had). But he said he believed he could get us heat...and he did!!! I believe we did a Happy Dance in the basement.

    He told us that we should consider changing out the motor, but it would last a while with his fix. We agreed, and we will definitely request him when we call House of Heat before summer to order and install it.

    Not only did Rich get us heat, he was timely, professional, friendly and apparently well experienced. When we complained about the other repair techs that came, he asked us to give them a break, as he was new 20 years ago. He said he just built his knowledge through the years. We thought that was very admirable of him, and we understood.

    Oh…and the price for the repair was near unbelievable…I had to ask him twice if he was sure…and he was.

    This was one of the BEST experiences we’ve had with a repair technician in many many years. Thank you Rich and Thank you House of Heat! You have a new customer when needed for our HVAC needs.

    We've used House of Heat for years and have been very happy with the service they provide. The furnace went out last week during a major cold snap. Robert was here quickly and did a great job getting us back up and running. We did have a not great experience with the next tech who came when the furnace stopped again--misdiagnosed the issue completely.

    But H of H sent Robert back to reexamine the furnace, as THEY had concerns. Different diagnosis. Gave me instructions on how to address the issue should the heat go out again until he could come back and fix it. He just finished. Great job--and it came in under the estimate I was given. Thank you, Robert and House of Heat!

    Andrew and Peter were great! Very professional and helpful with the install of our new boiler. They were very courteous and cleaned everything up after they were finished. I would definitely recommend them and House of Heat for any HVAC issues.

    Robert was knowledgeable and very informative. His response time was excellent, especially for approaching the holiday weekend. He was able to fix the main issue and performed some maintenance on my radiators.

    Called to get a thermostat installed. We spoke with a technician who set an appointment and gave me a time and date. On the appointment day I waited and no one showed up. I called to find out what time they were coming, only to be informed no appointment was set. Called Sutor Heating and got much better info and service.

    REPLY TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER: Frankly I am not sure who I spoke with either, however, bottom line, I was given a date and time for the appointment. I was lead to believe everything was set. I took time off work and no one showed up. Poor management

    Our thermostat broke in the evening. We called to inquire about service aand decided to call back in the morning due to high after hours rate. My husband called 1st thing in the morning and a technician arrived in couple of hours. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and fixed the issue promptly. Great service!
