AC COOLING AND HEATING

Angel is always responsive, even during the holidays! Which is so important because when Chicago’s weather is extreme and you’re suddenly without heat/cool, every minute counts! I have exotic birds, so for us it’s literally life or death without heat. Luckily, I can count on Angel to fix it ASAP.
Aside from being responsive, he is honest and has a remarkable work ethic for details.

I want to thank Angel and AC Cooling and Heating Company, for doing such a magnificent job, I had the most amazing experience with this company. Angel is very knowledgeable, he really know what he's doing. I had water leaks. Angel knew exactly where to look to find where the leaks were located and what was causing it, the leaks were located in my walls, that was very scary for me. Angel, found the water leaks in my wall and he repaired it quickly. No more leaks! What a relief! I'm so impressed.
Angel's customer service was phenomenal, this company is honest and their price was very good as well.
I would most definitely recommend AC Cooling and Heating company to all of my family and friends, and I'm sure they would be very please as well, as I am.

I had called someone to come in the next day at 8:30 am to which the person agreed, although the morning of, they arrived an hour and a half late. There was a major language communication issue where I wasn’t too sure what exactly I was being told the issue was. (Didn’t speak English or Spanish?) As my AC is on the roof, attached to other buildings, the guy asked me to climb to the roof as he could not find it. I am dealt by afraid of heights but I went up because I just wanted the job to get done, to which he was connected to another unit’s AC and I had to direct him to mine. After making several trips then to the roof and downstairs without informing me of what was wrong or a quote, the guy took it upon himself to “fix” my issue and said it was a simple Freeon leakage and then charged me $220 for the service. Which I thought was way overpriced for the service rates I could have gotten from someone else. Overall, it was unprofessional, awkward, and completely stressful. I wish I would have been quoted before any fixes were done.

Angel , i'll give you 10 stars if possible.. Very efficient and knowledgeable and HONEST. He replaced my furnace and central air in my home after many contractors and opinions was proposed, AC COOLING quoted me and i was impressed for his knowledge the best part he qouted me couple thousands LESS than other people qouted me and half the job than other done by Angel. He started from scratch he sugessted it in order to make the new furnace do the proper job. this past winter (2019 below record..) i was able to keep my house at very comfy temperature (74) with less furnace effort..I would recommend AC COOLING AND HEATING to do any HVAC work. and his HONEST WORK.!!

Dude came in and didn't know what he was doing,he had a relative of mine go up on the roof and point out that he was connecting to a different AC,ac works ok and had a pretty high charge,he showed up an 1 hour late
