Their guys did a fantastic job. The furnace works great, and the place is toasty warm. Most impressive is the tremendous difference between their clean and tidy install, and the hasty previous installation. One example is the old filter slot which was just a jagged cut-out in the duct, positioned in a difficult to access area behind wires and pipes. MMC's is a finished receptacle that is easily accessible from the front, and no obstructions. Everything looks organized, smooth and tight. Thanks for your prompt and excellent work.

I was back from my vacation and water-less tank was broken due to the sub-zero weather we had. I contacted the maker of the unit and MMC was listed as qualified service company. The installation MMC was fantastic and timely, my family and I really appreciated that from the owners. But what we didn't like the way one of principals charge us - it was almost twice as much. I don't blame them for making money, but the because the supplier of the new water-less sold me a different unit ( I had asked for a "identical" to replace my old one (Ferguson, a Wolsey company made a big mistake) I feel I was taken advantage of by MMC. I learn my lesson (it's hard when sub-zero in Chicago). Please be careful and ask for a service quote before you getting the job done.

Just received great furnace repair service from Midtown Mechanical. The repairman arrived promptly, (I got lucky and he was in the area when we called). He was in and out in 5 minutes. Replaced a sensor and hit the road before I could even get his name. Let’s call him Superman. Thanks!
