Guardian is a fantastic company. They take care of us and make sure our HVAC is running smoothly for the Chicago summers and winters. Nelson is a wonderful professional that is courteous, knowledgeable and quick on house calls. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our AC unit went out and Guardian was there the next day to give us a quote and walk us through the options. The service manager was very knowledgeable and understood that this was a big decision for us. Once we decided to go forward, the new unit was here in two days as promised and the service technicians, Miguel and Will were on time (actually early) and ready to start. They worked very hard in hot conditions and were very polite and friendly. They installed the new unit in the time they told us it would take, explained the features and gave us some tips. I highly recommend Guardian and thank them for their hard work so we could have a cool house before a very hot weekend.

I had Guardian Services come give me an estimate for my home. Salesman was VERY professional and not forceful. Offered very good equipment, and explanations of why he recommends this for our home- Unico high velocity and Bosch heat pump ac. His knowledge was beyond what is expected of a salesman, more like a technician. Very polite. I agreed and proceeded with installation. I am very pleased with the installation crew, service and price.

Guardian was very responsive to a service request. And they showed up at exactly the time they said they would. The technician Peter came to diagnose an AC unit that was not working properly. He was very specific about the work he thought needed to be done and gave me very frank advice. He also introduced me to Guardian's maintenance offering which we had used years ago before we renovated our house. It is a great option with some nice perks. All-in-all we were very satisfied and know that our AC should work nicely even on the hottest days.

Raymundo identified and fixed our issue very quickly. He was cordial and gave me an explanation of what might have happened to our HVAC. I've had Guardian out a couple other times for routine maintenance and service repair - always impressed by their professionalism.

Incredibly professional, prompt, and transparent. From the estimate process to the installation, everyone at Guardian was very friendly and honest. Akeem and Will did an awesome job replacing my furnace and took extra care cleaning up afterward. They were true professionals. I will continue to use Guardian for all my HVAC needs.

Nelson and Eddie, the two technicians who serviced our HVAC system, were just wonderful. They were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Moreover, they were able to answer all my questions, and did an excellent job working out the minor kinks in my HVAC system. Overall, I've found the service technicians at Guardian to be miles better than the competition. In fact, we started using Guardian because we were dissatisfied with our previous installer. I would definitely recommend Guardian to anyone who has heating and cooling issues.

Great service. Peter came in for some necessary maintenance on our HVAC, and identified some major safety concerns, in addition to fixing my AC before lunch.

There's no upsell here. These guys give you your options, in layman terms, and give a respectful, informed opinion on which they would choose. Never felt like he was pushing product or taking advantage of me.

Guardian got someone out the next day to figure out why our a/c stopped running. The team quickly diagnosed and explained the problem, and the solution. They got the solution in place within an hour, improving the system in effort to prevent the issue from recurring. We recommend Guardian to all family and friends. Smart, friendly, and professional!

You know you have called a great company when the people that are answering the phone calls are as helpful as the technicians, very nice, very knowledgeable and quick to set up the appointment and get a technician out to my place as soon as possible. Once the technician arrived at my house ( I did not wait too long at all ) he made sure to put booties on because of the snow I told him that was very considerate of you but he didn't have to but he insisted. I brought him down to the furnace and he actually walked me through the process of what he was going to do and gave me some tips about the furnace while I was there. I left him alone and he completed his work and thanked me for my business on behalf of Guardian. I have also had them come out for yearly maintenance and they are quick to respond and show up and let me know if anything needs to be done to keep it working properly.
Great company, owners are great and very helpful and have passed that down to all the great workers. I am always pushing their business if people on social media are asking for recommendations in private rooms or if I am out and the subject comes up amongst friends and family.
