Guardian replaced a burnt out capacitor on my old AC condenser. Very prompt and professional, and the cost was extremely reasonable especially compared to the cost of replacing the entire condenser. I’m not ready to bin it yet, it has a few years left in it still. So I appreciate the integrity and professionalism of their services greatly.

The employees are very professional, friendly and punctual for the service call however the repetitive issue with a new equipment is frustrating specially on a hot day. The thermostat turns off when the pan is full of condensation water as a result of the system unable to drain the water from the pan. I am hoping Guardian can solve the problem so that i dont have to call them repeatedly and provide a 100% customer satisfaction.
