Doyle Heating & Air Conditioning

So I called Doyle's at 2pm and the woman told me it would be a couple of hours but she could have a technician out "today". At 5pm, I called again and they stated I was on the list to receive service "today" and they would try to reach the technician to get an ETA for me. At 7pm, I called again and they said they would have the technician call me directly. NO PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE THE REST OF THE NIGHT!!! CRICKETS! THEY LEFT ME HANGING! At 8pm, I called another AC service company and they came with in hour!

I call this company yesterday to get service to our air conditioner that is not working they told me I would get a call back within 45 minutes to an hour after an hour past I called back they told me someone would call me back in five minutes no one ever called I called five more times and I was promised a phone call back and no response they called me today They said somebody would be there in 45 minutes they showed up started working on the problem we were having the technician said he was going to get parts but then told my son that he was going to get a Coke is what my wife heard on the camera I get a call from his office Saying that their technician got arrested and put in jail and they will not be performing any service to our house any longer very poor company I highly recommend not using these people they are very unprofessional and rude DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

All work was done in one day, they kept a clean workspace and answered all my questions. Price was competitive and I'm glad I chose them for this work over the 4 other companies I had gotten quotes from. It's been almost 2 weeks since the job was completed and the system is running perfectly. Definitely would recommend them..
