Very, very pleased with Pederson's business. They replaced our furnace and air conditioner in the summer of 2021. I spent a few weeks researching various local HVAC businesses and getting quotes for the work we needed. Pederson offered the second lowest quote out of at least 5 local businesses, and only a family friend's friend offered a lower deal- but also lower quality and less professionalism. We're very satisfied with their work, staff, communication, and professionalism. We have not made a single repair call because they did such exceptional work the first time.

More recently, Jonathon helped us with our thermostat (user error issue) and at another property with an air conditioner issue. We were very pleased to have Jonathon make these fixes. He was kind, professional, and efficient. I recommend Pederson to everyone needing any HVAC service.

On this same maintenance call, Nicole cheerily answered the phone and got Jonathon out to our house within 2 hours. That timing was impressive and ensured me that if/when the AC or furnace go out in the middle of a hot or cold day, we are only hours away from a solution.

Chris and his crew installed a new boiler for me. They did a phenomenal job and were very clean and thorough. I got quotes or attempted to from 10 companies. I had actually agreed for another company to do it and then they cut communication. I am glad they did, Chris was very communicative letting me know every step of the way what was going on. Boilers and other heating systems are all backordered and he kept me informed throughout the wait. Once the unit came in, he was here the next day to install. Thank you to Pederson for keeping my house warm.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Pederson HVAC. With temperatures hitting the low 90s, we lost an AC unit to the second floor of our home. Both the AC unit and furnace were long past their service life. After calling to schedule an appointment, Chris came out to our house very quick and I had a quote for a full replacement that next morning.

Not only was the cost of the system SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than other places I had give me a quote, Chris and his team were able to install within two days of having a quote.

The quality of the work is fantastic. The crew was incredibly professional and thorough in explaining all the work they were completing and how the new system would function.

I was beyond happy with the work Pederson HVAC did. As a result, I signed up for their annual service agreement and will go back to them when it's time to replace the downstairs unit in the home.

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job installing a completely new HVAC system for me in Troy. Showed up early. Answered all questions. Notified us of existing Ameren rebates. And kept us updated as to when and how long it would take. Cleaned up everything too when they were done...like they were never there...except for the much needed new system they installed. Thanks guys.

Over the years Pederson's has serviced my AC whenever there was an issue. They were always quick and the job got done, always! My system was the original that was put in when the house was built in 1983 and I have known for the last few years it was just limping along. When it would break down or run out of Freon, they were there to repair and although they recommended that it was time to consider a new unit, I never felt pressured one single time. When my unit finally did give up, they did everything to keep us comfortable with the old unit until the new one could be put in which was only like 2 or 3 days. They were here bright and early to install the new unit. The crew was very pleasant and professional while working around my home and Chris was on site to get things going and came back at completion to aide in a connectivity issue with the Wi-Fi connection. Nichole is awesome in the office and a real star when it comes to treating their customers right! From the office to the techs and installers, I am over the top satisfied. This area is so lucky to have a business with Big City execution and small country town values!! Thanks to Chris and Nichole and all the guys! Stay Cool because I certainly am!!!!

Chris and his team replaced both of my heating and cooling systems in one day. They were so neat, clean, professional and very friendly! This was an excellent experience from the beginning with Nichole answering all of my questions to Chris making sure I understood everything & was happy! I could not recommend them more!!! ❤️❤️

My husband and I started experiencing problems with our current AC unit about 2 weeks ago. I made a call 1st. thing in the morning and Chris came right over to address it for us. Unfortunately we had a leak source of some sort (not unexpected with the age of our system). In speaking with Chris and what the future held both with service visits and expense to keep our current system afloat we entertained the idea of an upgrade. Chris was very honest and prompt in addressing all of our concerns with an upgrade and provided us with multiple estimates for various level units and costs. Well we decided to go for it. Yesterday was install day and the work was completed at the end of the day. What a wonderful experience so far. Not even one day in and we love the new Trane HVAC system that was installed. It is super quiet, cools fantastic and looks so much better then what we did have both inside and out. We now will have lots of years of reduced utility costs and great service if needed! My husband was home for the install and the men at our home were professional, neat, clean and extremely thorough in the work they performed and explaining the detail of our new system. Ken stopped by too while in process to make sure everything was going well. Again a huge THANK YOU to Pederson HVAC. You all are the BEST!!!

I highly recommend Pederson HVAC! They are knowledgeable, dependable, and affordable. We learned that other companies try to take advantage of homeowners by overcharging and changing unnecessary parts. This company does not do that! They are the BEST!
