Brefeld Plumbing and Heating, Inc.

I've been using this company for 5 years. every time I've needed propane I was made to wait at least a day before they could come out. the last time I got 250 gal of gas in my 500gal tank my percent went from 25 to 70. and now that I ran my tank dry they force me to pay 100 dollars to spray 5 cents worth of soapy water on my pipes. I have a background in HVAC. I have installed miles of gas pipe in residential and commercial properties. adding insult to injury. I also found out they are not part of the BBB, big red flag. This will most likely be the last time Brefield is welcomed at my property.
UPDATE: Mr. Brefield canceled my order due to this negative review leaving me with no way to heat my house. this is a terrible company with no moral fiber what so ever. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They pride profit over people and service.

UPDATE: Since posting my original review below, Brefeld has replaced a broken water service line at my home, and replaced my water heater. All 3 experiences have been great!

I was very impressed with Brefeld! I really appreciate that Jerry doesn't try to sell you stuff that you don't need. His crew replaced an old Heat Pump with a conventional Furnace and AC unit for me at a very reasonable price. His guys did good work, and Jerry even called me the next morning to see if his guys did a good job for me. Everything is back to working as it should. Thanks Jerry!

Originally I talked to an office lady (Kayla) that didn't seem to care for first time callers who had an LP Tank owned by them.

I got very little information and didn't really want to ask all of the questions I wanted to, so I called back and asked a few questions. Luckily she transferred me to "Jerry" who could answer my questions.

Turns out Jerry is the President, and he deserves the title. Wonderful man to talk to, and very caring for customers. He was hesitant to even deliver LP to me until I sat down with him and went over every detail about it.

I'll update once I get the LP delivered.

I had my water main break from the city to my house. They were quick to work with me and did a fantastic job getting the pipe replaced quickly and water flow back to my house at a reasonable price . I'm definitely going back to them for my future plumbing needs.

These guys are amazing. No one does it better, or faster. Thank you Brefield, and Jason is the man!!!
