I don't normally write reviews unless the service is incredible or horrible. I purchased a washer and dryer combo from the owner of NKS Heating and Cooling - Omar. He was doing this as a side job to earn extra money during his slow season. The first washer I purchased from Omar worked for about 30 days. I was so bummed that it was not working after spending more than originally planned and driving all the way out to Arlington Heights. I contacted Omar and arranged to return the washer and purchase a new one from him at half price. Unfortunately, this one malfunctioned too. I contacted Omar late in the evening on a Sunday and was shocked by the response I received from Omar. I as a consumer acted hastily and did not give Omar the opportunity to rectify the situation. Since then Omar has reached out to me and corrected the situation. Refunding the entire amount of my first and second washer machine allowing me to purchase a new washer so there would be no issues. Omar actually went as far as to offer me another washer at no charge that he would have delivered to me from a store in Chicago. I am not about taking advantage of other people's generosity and the kind gesture was appreciated though. Omar has since realized that his dream is to not operate an appliance shop but to do what he does great and that is heating and cooling. I wish I lived in his service area so he could care for my heating and cooling needs. Thank you Omar for being a great business owner and taking care of your customers.

Our water heater had been linking from the top and had been doing this for a while ....I came in contact with NCS Heating from them repairing my air condition at another location. Having confidence in how they handled my air condition unit i decided to call them to repair or replace my hot water tank in my home. First of all the service man Omar was so pleasant and informative on what needed to be done. He and his helper came in and replaced my hot water heater within hours...My husband was really pleased with their professionalism and friendliness.... Cleaned up well after they put the heater in...Thank you Omar for a good job...I will be calling you no doubt when i need you again...I recommend this company if you need any pluming, furnace, air condition repair needs...They deserve 5 Stars

Omar is very efficient and makes sure every thing is done. He also explains exactly what was done so that you understand. Great work! Highly recommend.

Omar installed our NEST thermostat and CO2 detector....and I can't say enough good things about him. He was communicative, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. His price was fair....we bid it out to a number of NEST-approved vendors and his was the most reasonable. Very personable and helpful.....in fact he even stopped to help fix something unrelated to the job!! Who does that these days?! A good person, too. If there were 6 stars I'd add another one.

If you have a problem with your heating or cooling system you need to call Omar at NKS Heating and Cooling. Omar showed up exactly when he said he would and got right to work. He definitely knows what he's doing and found the problem right away! He had the part on his truck, replaced it and got my air conditioning system running. I thought he did a great job at a very reasonable price! When I need service in the future I will definitely be calling Omar! Thank you sir! Ross

My HVAC system stopped working and Omar with NKS Heating & Cooling came to the rescue. He was very thorough in his diagnosing the problem. I needed a new motor which he replaced. He was absolutely great. super knowledgeable, and very humble. If you are looking for an HVAC company you can trust, Omar with NKS is the best!!

My old furnace died on one of the coldest nights last winter. NKS came out and replaced it the next morning. The price and service were excellent. I am so happy that I found NKS and will be using them for all of my heating and cooling service . Omar is very knowledgeable, honest and reliable.

I called Omar because we just bought a house and I couldn't get the furnace to work. He told me he was busy that afternoon but he would come the next day. He came the next day right away. He changed the filters and just started the furnace for me. He didn't charge me even though we insisted. He was so professional and very nice and respectful. I definitely recommend him!
