Nothing but excellent service provided by NKS Heating and Cooling. Omar went above and beyond. Spoke with him in the morning because my heater wasn’t working properly. He showed up at my door in an hour, diagnosed the problem, explained the work that needed to be done and my heater was up and running same day. Excellent, professional service. We had a new a/c unit installed for our condo and are extremely happy with the experience. After the initial inspection and very reasonable quote, our unit was installed as scheduled, with fantastic service. Great communication, respectful of property and safety of clients, punctual, and a pleasure to have had in our home. My heater went out and we called NKS Heating and cooling. They came out right away and did a thorough inspection of the unit. Omar was great with giving us exact detail of what was wrong and our options. Once we decided on replacing the unit, his team were back within a few hours and ready to install. My AC system was not cooling the house properly. I called around and spoke to different contractors, and most were very expensive, and they would not be able to get to my house for at least another week or more. I contacted NKS Heating and Cooling and spoke to Omar. We discussed the situation, and he said he would be able to come to my house in the next couple of days and service my AC. Also, the price he quoted me was very reasonable. Omar showed up on the day and time as promised, and fixed my AC system. I can't say enough good things about Omar. I called NKS and their prices were way more reasonable, they were responsive, and went above and beyond to educate me about my system. I ended up signing up for their annual membership because of its value.

Wonderful working with Omar and his team, he is punctual, answers all your questions, and shares tips and tricks on how to maintain our system! With an older home and radiators it’s important we have someone with expertise and Omar provided just that. Will keep using him and recommending to friends and family.

Omar was amazing! Just moved into a new home and decided to just redo the HVAC system for which Omar went above and beyond. Omar was very thorough, very detailed, and took his time to not only do the job but gave us insight at every step of the process as well as give my wife and I pointers about how to maintain everything and what to look out for. He was accomodating, punctual, and professional throughout the entire process and I'm happy to know that I have his card in my back pocket whenever something goes wrong. Great service by NKS. Omar is super prompt, professional, and knowledgeable HVAC Tech. He had serviced two of my rental properties and even my tenants complimented him on: work ethics, politeness, flexible schedule, and top notch equipment.
