Our air conditioner crashed. Heat in the house reached the levels of hell. We called 4 different AC companies. All of which told us they would be there in 3 to 4 days. We finally reached NKS and Omar. Wow he was at our house within hours and we had AC that day. The price was great he was amazing this is the kink of service I wish everyone had. Been using NKS for five years and as always they came thru. The install of new furnace and AC was done by professional and courteous crew, all at a very fair price. I will never use anyone else!

Good service by NKS. Called NKS /Omar for furnace issue, he replaced igniter and working well. His service charge is fair. Called him last year for refrigerator problem, he fixed it. Omar returns calls quickly and arrives on time.

Omar did a great job with our water heater. he was fast and clean. Would recommend him to anyone that needs a water heater replaced.

I promise you will not find a more descent, honest or respectable company out there. This company went way above, I'm saying HUGE, what they should have done. If I explained how they helped me you would say BS. But as God is my witness, BEST HVAC company you'll ever use. Why would you want to pay twice as much to that other company that charges you for their stupid tv and radio ads? Also, get the yearly maintenance, TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Omar was very friendly from start to finish. Very professional and on time. Always communicated with me to keep me informed. I highly recommend him.

My experience with them was fantastic! My central AC felt like it wasn't really working that well and one day when i left work , i noticed there was water comig in through the ceiling below where the AC unit is.
I called and spoke to Omar . He came out the next morning and determined that the unit was low on freon and i had a leak. Instead of telling me I needed a new air conditioner, wich I eventually will since mine is 20 years old, he said he could use a substance that would fill any small leaks and fill up the freon . It did the trick and I end up paying hundreds instead of thousands . He also gave me some tips on the best way to keep the house cool and minimize electricity costs . Extreamly professional and trustworthy, I would use him again for any of my heating,cooling or appliance issues

You want to bypass all other companies and call NKS, not just for the great service, not just because their tech was quick to pinpoint the problem, not just because their customer service is impeccable but because their prices are MORE than fair. I can't say enough about this company ... service location was not problem for them they came from Mt. Prospect to Auburn Gresham.. See you next year Omar for annual tune up.. Terry P.
