Omar Alvarado was our service representative that helped us to make a very cost saving decision regarding our heating and air system. Omar was able to clearly diagnosed our problem as he provided us with a simple set of options for us to choose from in making our decision. We greatly appreciated his attention to detail as we definitely did not feel like another number within a big company.

My wife and I realized our freezer was not working on a Friday afternoon. Knowing that the food would not stay cold all weekend long and dreaded an overtime bill on the weekend we called Omar at NKS. He came out Friday evening and diagnosed a problem part that he could obtain and be back early Saturday. He installed the new part and the food was saved. He did it outside of usual business hours and charged what I consider a very reasonable rate considering the off hours that he did the job. Omar also handles my annual furnace and air conditioner maintenance. He runs specials at the time of the year you would expect to have the work done to save you money. It's a great value as opposed to a unit failing when you need it the most simply because you didn't "get the oil changed."

Omar is a outstanding guy, professional and knows what he is doing. He was able to troubleshoot my furnace problem (not blowing hot) within minutes and provided me with information as to why the issue may have occurred. Thank you again Omar!

Our furnace stopped working on the coldest night of the year. Omar replaced the motor and charged a fair price. He even loaned us his space heater so we could tolerate the cold until the furnace was up and working. We recommend NKS Heating and Cooling.
