TemperaturePro Heating, Cooling & Indoor Air Quality

My Water heater was leaking everywhere and I called Temperature Pro of Mokena. They came out same night within the hour 9:00 at night to make sure it was safe and calmed me down because I was a nervous wreck. The very next day on New Year's Eve they ended up replacing my water heater. They were very thorough in explaining everything to me as well as very professional, smooth work with no issues at all .....super responsive. I could call anytime day or night and I always get great customer service and from someone that actually cares! They installed my furnace as well a few years ago with the same great service. If you want great prompt service with that bonus of amazing customer service...I would highly recommend you call TemperaturePro Heating hands down a great company to deal with.

When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was especially pleasant and very accommodating. She also was very informative about the technician who would perform the service and how to track him. The service was terrific and he even checked the dryer vent which was located behind large shrub which was quite a challenge. I will definitely use them again!

I was appreciative of TemperaturePro coming out quickly to fix my HVAC unit during a very hot day. However, outside of the service call charge, the pricing was not transparent upfront and literally doubled while the technician was fixing the unit ($90/lb. for refrigerant became $180/lb, and another much more expensive product also doubled as well ~ hmm?). I was also charged for an extra pound of refrigerant that the tech shared he wouldn't charged me for. I was not shown the details of the service order when checking out, nor was I initially sent an invoice. When I inquired about the invoice the next business day with the office and requested a breakdown of pricing and questioned a charge, although apologetic, nothing changed, and in fact, I was informed I was somehow getting a deal. Overall, the experience did not feel right and I believe I got taken for a ride.

They were very thorough on everything they did. They saved me so much money! They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Best experience I have ever had with an AC company! All in all great work!

We had a bird entering one of our vents. Jesse with Temperature Pro responded promptly to our request for service. He was professional and handled the situation without issue. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them myself for any future needs.

My furnace went out last night and Temperature pro was able to come within a couple of hours. They tried fixing it that night and couldn’t but were back right away the next morning and everything was completed by 9 AM. The cost was very reasonable and certainly beats paying the full price of a new furnace. Kevin was very professional and friendly and did a great job. I would certainly recommend them.

Excellent service besides their workmanship. They went above and beyond in protecting my home; rugs, doors, floors etc. Did a through job of going thru all the equipment and explaining how everything worked.
The company was also diligent in communications with me throughout the whole process from bids to installation.
