I reached out via phone and had an appointment booked within 1 week. The technician Paul was on time and was very professional in his work and explaining what he was doing. He was able to complete his work in a timely fashion and left no mess. Would recommend!

I cannot recommend this company enough! Our AC went out on the hottest night in ages-106 degrees. They were out the next morning. Our repairman, Andrew Ericks, was pure class. He was on time, polite, respectful and fixed it right away without any problems. We have pets, and this company truly saved our lives and their lives. They truly value their customers and go above and beyond. Andrew is the best and he has a positive attitude with great communication! I also want to give a huge shout out to Amanda. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy by answering all our questions and finding solutions that work best for everyone involved. If you need an AC company, look no further! We can sleep in peace again!

I came home from work one night to a 43° house. I called them and they were here within 2 hours. Very professional and explained everything. They now have me as a customer for life.

We called them last year when our 35+yr old air conditioner died. Their prices are competitive and everyone is very nice. They installed a new air conditioner in the attic. We had some unforeseen leaking which caused a hole in the ceiling. They were amazing! They came out right away to fix the problem and sent out a company to repair the ceiling damage and repaint. There was no waiting for repairs, no mounds of paperwork, they just took care of it right away. Very professional!
We've had them out to repair our 40yr old boiler and service both systems in the fall and spring.

Our entire experience was amazing! Starting with Amanda at the office, she was knowledgeable and helpful. Our A/C wasn’t working and we needed someone to come out ASAP. She assured me someone would come out within a few hours. Ryan was great as well! He thoroughly explained what the problem was, and got our A/C up and running within the hour. 5 star ⭐️ service! We called at midnight and was able to have a tech out at 7am the next day on Christmas eve. Everyone was super professional and helpful, would recommend them to everyone.

I was very disappointed. My elderly parents had this company out for a maintenance call several days ago. They told them they needed to perform repairs and they made the mistake of believing them. It cost them about $400 for 1 pound of freon along with hundreds in additional work that was not needed. This is by FAR the highest cost in the area based off several other companies i spoke to after this bad experience. They talked to a few people at this company but the one that stuck out was Ryan. It was obvious he was very inexperienced and didn't know what he was doing and often came off as confused. The focus of this company is to make you spend as much money as possible. They recommend repairs using scare tactics that are not needed. he explanations make no sense which shows the inexperience of the techs. This is not a company that works off the trust and best interest of the company. They are in this to make as much as they can off customers who do not know better. I beg of you, look elsewhere or you will be paying for repairs that you do not need!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
