Darrell with Energy Star came out to install a google nest thermostat today. He call to confirm his appointment with an arrival timeline. He arrived wearing a mask to keep himself and and others safe due to the pandemic. He also wore shoe coverings to keep the floor clean. Darrell was very polite, friendly and professional. While performing the installation he noticed something loose on the control panel which he pointed out and readily repaired. Darrell is a very conscientious worker and I noticed he takes pride in his job. I think Darrell is a real asset Energy Star.

Darrell came for the second year in a row to take care of the yearly maintenance on my home's heating/cooling system and for the second year in a row provided stellar service. He is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and just a super nice guy! I will definitely be requesting that he be my service guy come next year!

Excellent Service, the technician, Adam, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to keep my system working efficiently, including the thermostat. Went over things to look for like the lights on the front furnace service panel and what they mean. I have always had great service with Energy Stars Heating & Cooling.

Darrell came to fix my AC unit. He did an amazing job with the tools he had. He spoke using language I could understand. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and services being offered.

They installed my furnace about 7 years ago. Great people, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and give advice, suggestions and any help necessary during the visit.
Darryl came out on 7/10 to find out why my AC worked but wasn't blowing cold air. The blower motor was bad. Thankfully it's covered under the 10 year warranty. He explained what happened and everything well.
