Darell did great work, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it same day. Would definitely use Energy Stars again.

The men that performed the service were great. Mr.Brsd and Darrel Plant are the best service men I have ever had.

Always do a thorough job and great at catching issues before they become serious. Communication always efficient and effective. There when promised and will call with any updates. Called to ask (!) if he could come earlier since he was ahead of schedule. Affordable and will not try to sell you something you don’t need. Good company. Good service techs. Good office staff.

Darrell was fantastic. We had a different company come out the day prior and they could not diagnose the problem. They were here for four hours and came up with nothing. Darrell had it figured out in minutes and fixed within an hour. If you want to save money and the job done right call this company. They have an outstanding response time also. Thanks Darrell for your hard work and professionalism.

They did a great job of installing a new heat pump 3 months ago and today they came out for my free maintenance. Energy Stars has been professional with great service. Always on time along with great work. I could not expect more from a company.

The technician called me to let me know when would arrive. He was prompt and came ready to work. He came to tune-up my heating system, but he discovered I had
some loose wires causing the unit not to
ignite. He repaired the not we're set for winter. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.

Energy Stars same and did an overall great job! They were all quite pleasant to work with from the office staff (calling and scheduling appointments)
to the pros that were on the job site. They performed all the tasks and made sure the work site was clean and free of debris when they were done. They were willing to answer any questions l had and some elaborated and gave supporting details on how the equipment is suppose to perform. Therefore, my experience has been an overall great one and l would surely recommend Energy Star for your needs based on my results. Energy Stars installed our heat pump system two years ago. It’s fantastic! Our house is always comfortable. Eric checked our system today per our service agreement. He was great! Very professional and knowledgeable.

Serviceman was very professional but friendly, top notch. Last appointment of the day, super hot, but very patient and thorough. Didn't cut any corners, in fact went above and beyond, all while humoring my many questions. Very satisfied with this service.
