Sundberg America - Appliance and HVAC Parts

I called today and I am new to fixing appliances. The guy i spoke with didnt have any patience huffed and hung up on me. They also wanted to charge me $155 for a part that i found on Amazon for $100. Completely overpriced and very rude.

Problem, Maytag Gas Range bake mode not working. Their technician asked for the model # and was looking at a print and a parts list. After asking me questions over the phone Tony D told me the electronic control unit was the problem. My wife picked up the $240.00 part and I installed it. The Maytag range is still broke. After a closer look I noticed a second ignitor and burner. Now they won't take the part back. Now I can't afford to buy the right part and oven is still broke. He never mentioned i couldn't return the part. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I don't like being taken advantage of. I understand you pay more at a brick & mortar but I paid as much as 200% mark up difference for certain items parts. You give the technicians a great discount because of the repeat business. I get that also but why jam the do-it-yourselfer homeowner? I'd rather you be a wholesale company and not sell to the public. Not to mention the website sucks. Is it too much to ask for the hours of operation without going through what feels like the beginning of Get Smart. I'm done now!

Lost my furnace motor Christmas eve, eve. Ran the house on torpedo heaters til they opened. Walked in with motor and cap. Fella behind the counter hooked me up in minutes. Universal fit. Explained which leg not to use. Long story short, it worked like its supposed to. Can't recommend strongly enough.

The rep was very nice and she knew just what I needed. I repaired my clothes dryer myself and saved a bunch of cash on a service call. I will definitely return in the future.

This place is great. The people are very friendly and helpful. The pricing isn't bad at all. They definitely keep my appliances running

THE go to place to get the parts you need to fix your own appliances. Tony has been super helpful every time I've been there.

Tony at sundberg was great at answering my questions regarding the parts I needed to fix my dryer...he was an absolute professional and is knowledgeable on many other appliance issues as well
