Had a seasonal furnace check done. Wasn't sure where to turn, saw the reviews, and figured I'd call. Sal was awesome: very thorough and took time to explain everything. He did the service check, replaced a faulty humidifier stat, and wired our furnace correctly so that it would run on 2 stages. Best of all, I thought he was very reasonable. I'm already recommending him to family.

Sal I said professional and prompt with a follow up call if plans have to change. We had our system installed by his company and he was present the whole time answered all my questions. I never felt he was trying to sell me on the job gave me my options pros and cons and boy am I glad I went with him. He services the system for me and I feel like I can count on his company if anything goes wrong. Great company I would be happy to provide a reference if anyone needs it.

Just an update 2018 product Sal installed remains top notch and more so his attention to his customers remains excellent! Keep up the good work I recommend pinnacle to everyone this guy values loyalty and will continue to service my family for as long as he is in business. Lemont Illinois

Pinnacle came out twice now. Sal has fixed my AC and the heating. You can tell that he knows the trade, he goes so far as to educate you regarding the parts and possible fixes. He is professional, honest and willing to work with your schedule.
I won't ever use anyone else.

WOW, what a pleasure to work with Sal! We were expecting to install a new air conditioner and he was so honest and said we just need a $200.00 part. That’s it! He spent time cleaning the outside of the A/C. He spent time explaining how the unit works and why it had malfunctioned! He also fixed a landscape light just because!!!!!! Normally you don’t see this pride in workmanship these days! Pick Pinnacle you won’t be disappointed!!!! Great service from an honest company!!!!!

Last summer our home air conditioner stopped working, so we were looking for a good HVAC group to help us. Sal and his team at Pinnacle came highly recommended to us, and they did a great job (next day service even). Sal explained everything that they were looking at; how it was designed to work and what was actually happening. Outstanding job, I highly recommend them.

Sal is the absolute best. He’s an expert in the field and throughly explains all issues and recommendations. I appreciated that he gave me multiple options at different price points. He was on time and finished the job in the amount of time he had said it would take. He responds quickly and was very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend utilizing his business!

Sal & co. installed a new carrier furnace and air unit in our home. After a couple of tweaks to the unit, it's running great. Sal was very attentive to questions we had. Customer service is second to none! Highly recommended.
