Todd helped us with the selection and installation of a new HVAC system, replacing the worn out system installed by the builder. The McFarland team was terrific to work with; courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Todd went the extra mile to secure a system best suited for our home. I highly recommend McFarland to anyone needing HVAC maintenance, repair or installation.

Gene paid us a visit today to help us with an older furnace. He was here in a flash, very polite, and extremely helpful. He cleaned up the furnace and replaced a part. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, highly recommend! Thank you.

We had McFarland Heating and air conditioning give us a quote on a new Ductless HVAC for our garage we are turning into a party room. Todd came just a day after we called and gave us a very good quote and explained to us what the procedure would be. We only had to wait approximately two weeks for the equipment to be delivered and they came out and installed the Mitsubishi Unit. The two installers where very professional and really knew what they were doing. They cleaned up the area and the inside and outside unit look awesome. I would recommend this Company to anyone that needed HVAC work

Great service and easy finance. My rental unit went out in the hottest part of summer 2016 and McFarland was able to get out fast and diagnose my issues. their prices were so good I was able to put in a new Central Air unit and a furnace.. They had both done in a matter of a few days. Excellent job..

I have used McFarland for 30+ years. They've installed 3 units for me. Anytime I call, they're very quick to respond. Last week one of my a/c units failed to come on (I have 2 separate units in my house) on one of the hottest days of the year. They came out the next day (within 24 hours). When I had a very old unit, several times they were able to get it going when I was sure I would have to replace it. I can't compare prices because I don't bother to call anyone else. I have always been pleased with their service.

Had a technician come out and take a look at an existing failing unit. Technician was very honest and helpful, I felt like he was very knowledgeable. We will be getting a few quotes on installing a new system. Will update if we use Mcfarland for the install.

Update we had McFarland install a unit. They were fast, efficient, professional, and after getting multiple quotes their prices were very competitive.

Update 2: Our outside unit failed ( No fault of McFarland ) they came out and installed a new unit completely under warranty nothing out of pocket.

Had a very good experience with McFarland when my AC quit working. They were extremely prompt, quickly replaced my capacitator at a resonable price. Very courteous service by their technician Derek. Highly recommend this company.

The staff is outstanding and will always assist you with any need possible. The servicemen are very professional. The owner will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are always happy. I have used this company for 20 years now and I will never use another!!!!!!

I think the 1 star I'm giving is pretty generous because I called this morning at 8:30am and was told a technical would be at my home between 10am and 2pm so I called at 12pm just to verify everything was still on schedule and was told yes so my wife stayed at are home with no ac in 100 plus degree weather waiting on someone who was never coming so I called at 4pm after not hearing back from anyone and was told o well do you want to reschedule lol like are you kidding me never again I called a different company and they was out within 35 minutes
