    Can't even rate their business. The person in the other end hung up on me before I could even get assistance. I knew it was on purpose bc it slammed once because the person missed before I saw I got hung up on. Good luck getting business with that.

    Fast service! Came out within an hour to change out an thermostat on Christmas Eve!!! Always responsive have used a few times this year since buying my house in Granite City.

    I called scheduled an appointment for after 3pm today 10/28, it is now 8:34 pm 10/28 and no one has called or showed up. I have left a business like this would at least call and tell customers that they can't get there tonight and rmessage on voice mail also. I spoke with someone at 430 and was told the techs work untill the tickets are done.

    We waited three months for a refurbished furnace to be installed. The owner of the company dropped off a used furnace but did not connect it or start it up. Four different employees at my office logged more than 25 calls to Dixon, trying to get someone to finish the project or refund our deposit. Meanwhile the rental property sat empty waiting on a furnace. We finally had to give up and have another company install a new furnace. I requested that Dixon return our deposit of $605. Once I did that, Mr. Dixon entered our property without informing us (trespassing), and found that we had installed a new unit. He then told his secretary to keep our money. Not worth the time we have already invested to continue to pursue the matter. But we are leaving this review so that others may be warned...

    I am very happy with the service from this company. Mike gave me a fair price for a new gas valve for my old furnace and Rob did a great job fixing it the same day! I will use Dixon again when the need arises and recommend them to my friends.

    Today I had my furnace replaced by Dixon heating and cooling. His employee Chris went above and beyond, also he was extremely hard working. He did a great job. I am extremely happy with the service they provided and the owner was great to work with as well.

    3 generations of my family have been using Dixon heating and cooling. You can't ask for a more honest company that will do what needs to be done to get you backup and running as affordably as possible. Response times are excellent even in the busiest of times and the professionalism and quality of his technicians is bar none a head of the pack.
