We have used Custom Air Company for over 10 years and have always been extremely happy with your quick, honest, dependable service. Our basement flooded on a Sunday and I contacted them and they were here the next business day!!!
I would recommend them to anyone needing Heating, Air Conditioning, or Plumbing Install or Service Work to contact them.

Can't say enough great things about Kevin and the team from Custom Air. Professional, timely and detail oriented are just a few words to describe their work ethic. Jake did a great job of reviewing my old furnace and providing some options of newer models. Kevin was quick to provide the final estimates along with financing options. The financing was icing on top of the cake for me. A great product with payment options is truly a sign of a rock solid business. AJ and Sherman sealed the deal with a great installation and explanation of what they were doing throughout the day. The cleanup was so impressive you could hardly tell they have been there. I'll be sure and pass all of recommendations to Custom Air and will look for their business again when my AC unit needs to be changed.

Custom Air Company installed a new Heating and Air Conditioning System in our residence. Every aspect of the installation showed that all of their personnel cared about the details and the workmanship of the project; they thoroughly answered our questions about the operation of the new units. Their work was exemplary of a team that cared about each other and the results of their work.

The furnace originally put in was pretty loud. I have a crawl space so furnace is located in the middle of the house. The main reason I was replacing the furnace was I wanted a quieter one. I assumed a new one would be quieter-never assume! I was very disappointed by the noise and told the company. To make a long story short-they replaced the furnace with one that is quieter-their goal is customer satisfaction. I would recommend this company as they truly want to take care of their customers.

I have used Custom Air twice now for two different houses and the first one was during the weekend. Love the after hours service. Jake was our technician that came to both my houses and is very professional, courteous and keeps up with the latest and greatest technology. Jake was very personable and spoke with me as explained everything and why he was doing what he was doing and the rates are very fair. For me the response time was most critical as it was during the weekend and one of the hottest days on record.

Our AC went out to start the summer and Custom Air in Goodfield came out and priced and installed our new AC and Furnace the same week! Kevin and team were great to deal with and fair priced. Thanks again!

They don’t try to sell you something or tell you your system needs something that it doesn’t.

My girlfriend's tire popped and I was putting her new one on. The car was parked uphill and silly me, took the tire off before reparking. I also didn't think of using the ebrake (lol). So, Custom Air Company was in the next parking lot over installing an air unit, I asked for assistance which they were more than willing to and helped me finish. Though I didn't need their provided services, they were still noble to help a random guy out just because. 5 out of 5 service! Thanks guys.

They installed our furnace and air on 34 Eleanor DR , Alexander estates Bloomington. The furnace was not installed he right way and after several months the water pan leaked and destroyed our new bathroom floor and the bedroom floor. They wouldn't fix it or give me money for the damages. He was rude and nasty!!! I wouldn't recommend them to fix anything!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such a great experience with this company. Very professional, prompt and knew what to do to fix the AC issue I was having in my photography studio.
