Service technician cut me off on a day with icy roads. I had to lock up my brakes and barely missed him. When you turn left you do not have the right away. They should be responsible not only during their job but on their way to a job.

Had full system replacement this week. Was thrilled with the experience. Everyone was professional, did solid work and everything went exactly as explained. Highly recommend.

I contacted Custom Air at 7:02am this morning as our thermostat display was out. Custom Air was here at 9:00am and fixed the problem. That service is second to none! THANK YOU CUSTOM AIR!

This is an edited review. The owner rectified a problem that happened during my service. Based on the conversation with his admin and the owner himself, I would call them again and have them service my units. Things happen and they are willing to make it right.

Dale came to our house less than an hour after we called for a.c. service.This was on a Saturday and late in the day and it was raining!.He was so excellent and professional in every way.He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time and we had cold air again!You have just made a lifelong customer!Thank you Dale!
