Highly recommend Custom Air Company. Replaced my 28 year old heating and air. Very professional organization, easy to work with, thorough and fast from estimate to installation. Craig was extremely helpful and was quick to respond and the installation crew were personable and explained everything we needed to know. Top notch!!!

It is such a relief to have a maintenance program that comes twice a year. It's the best money you can spend. It's great to be proactive with house equipment by having these services checked in the fall (heat) and spring (air conditioning). Any filters and/or vents that need changed or cleaned are taken care of by the professionals. Investing in my yearly maintenance gives me peace of mind by knowing I will be taken care of by friendly and great technicians. Thank you, Custom Air!

I have them do an annual heating/AC maintenance visit. (Normally they do one for each but my work schedule makes it hard to be home, they accommodate me with one visit.) I am on their annual plan and have had them for a number of years, since they installed furnace and AC at different times in the past. When I did have a furnace malfunction one horrible winter day a couple of years ago, they had a service person here within an hour and had it fixed. I already have this summer's appointment scheduled and I have referred my son to them for his needs. They are my go to for heating/cooling. They have always been competent, reliable, and reasonably priced.

Our fireplace stopped working. With a tiny hope that I could troubleshoot the problem myself, I took out the owner's manual. And just as I suspected, I was in way over my head. Electricity? Fire? Yeah, not gonna happen. But because of my incredibly inflated ego, in thinking that I had a shot at fixing it, my next question was quickly answered. Stapled to the manual was a Custom Air Company business card with Kevin Hart's name on it. Smart move there, Mr. Hart. That made it real easy to call Custom Air Company knowing they installed the fireplace when the house was built. I've been told that Kevin now owns the company, no surprise there. :)
I called and spoke to Mindy. She had someone out the next day for a service call. It was thought that a part needed to be replaced.
The part was ordered, and about a week later Derek and Isaac came to replace it. Upon further review, Derek determined that a loose wire was the problem, not the part. So what was expected to be a $900 repair turned out to be $45. And for that $45, they fixed the wire, cleaned the glass, vacuumed it out, adjusted the flame, added the bag of lava rock, and the stuff that makes the burning embers. (we call it "orange warm glowiness") These guys went above and beyond! The fireplace works beautifully and looks amazing.

Custom Air was extremely responsive when I called and sent a tech to look at my furnace within hours. As expected, I needed to replace my 40+ year model. Craig met with me and went over all the options carefully and professionally. On the day of the install, the crew arrived timely and professionally and left things better than they found them. CA also took care of all the rebates/discounts. I would highly recommend Custom Air for any/all of your HVAC needs.

I have been using Custom Air Company for several years and they have consistently been respectful, friendly and very skilled at what they do. Custom Air replaced my 30+ year HVAC and water heater in my last home, and I thought they were very reasonable and made sure everything was working perfectly prior to packing up after a very long day. Several years later and in a different home, I once again have an older HVAC unit. I signed up for Custom Air's platinum maintenance plan, and let me tell you it is 100% worth it! With the platinum plan they clean out the dryer vent, and I learned only because of their cleaning that there was a dangerous clog in the vent. I think they literally saved us from a house fire. Not only that, Dale went above and beyond to make sure there would be no more issues and I feel so much safer and especially grateful! Thank you!

Great service would highly recommend. Needed to have a new furnace and air conditioner installed, they were easy to work with and had a new system installed, up and running in a short time period. Craig, Don and Nate were very profession and great to work with.

On a really hot day, our AC went out. Having worked with Custom Air before (business to business), I had confidence they would be responsive and professional. I called them and they were able to get a technician out to me the same day. I'm sure he was busy doing service work but he was willing to extend his day to stop by our place. I had a blown capacitor due to a really clogged coil (due to my ignorance and lack of maintenance). He had a replacement part with him and cleaned the coils for me, all while giving me explanations and good advice for maintaining it going forward. The AC came right back to life with cool air. He took my credit card info and moments later I had a receipt emailed to me. From my initial phone call to the technician leaving my house it was one smooth and seamless experience!

I have had Custom Air come out several times. They are always quick to respond, and work to find solutions that fit our budget, if possible.

The Custom Air installation team did a terrific job installing our new York HVAC system. They explained exactly what they would be doing. They were very professional & knowledgeable about the products they installed including the electronic thermostat. Great Job!
