I was first referred to another place from my home warranty company, and they never got back to me. I contacted my home warranty and got referred to this one. It was a 'Nite and Day' difference. He got back to me promptly and he was able to come out same day and replaced the faulty capacitor on our air conditioner. He had left and we still weren't getting air. Called him back and he wasnt able to come back until a few days later, but he kept in contact the whole time. When he came back all he had to do was replace the capacitor on our inside fan. He was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. Would give him more stars if I could!

Avoid this business because he lacks the knowledge to correctly install any hvac system. We have been dealing with a poor install/system since last year. He lacks the care and knowledge to help out his customers. We feel we have been duped by a weasel of a man and business. He is also no longer a Bryant dealer. We just had a Bryant Dealer company come out and tell us it all needs to be reinstalled!! Which will be 1000s out of our pocket to make it right. Also, what utterly baffles me is he did this to a military family, and he claimed he was a veteran too. Which is so disgusting to do this to a fellow armed forces member. Or really any family. Please avoid at all costs and don't make the same mistake we have made. Or you too will be up a river with a system that doesn't work.

Jason and his team were committed to seeing our heating system repaired and working with our thermostat of choice! He found a creative solution which allowed our Ecobee thermostat to work with the boiler we already had installed. After previously working with a different company that left me disappointed, I will keep MortoNite & Day in my contacts to call next time I have a problem, recommending them to anyone.

Biggest snowfall of the year (Feb 2 2022) and at 9pm furnace stopped blowing hot air. Called Jason which turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. At the time he was getting his truck unstuck from snowed in area from another call, and he still managed to show up and diagnose the issue. Very Awesome! In a short time furnace was back up and running! Previously I did not have a furnace guy but I do now.

If you live in the Peoria area and just based on what i have witnessed, we can not recommend this company for your furnace repairs or installation. Maybe if you reside in Morton or surrounding communities, you will receive better service but this review is based on our current experience.
