Today I contacted R.H. Witt because my boiler is not working. Mark G arrived to my home and he introduce himself with a Great attitude and concerned about the issue I was having. I took him to my boiler room and he immediately got to work . Mark did a thorough inspection. He explained in detail the problem with my boiler. I must say I've called other companies in the past and mostly all of them where in a hurry to get a sale but Mark explained everything in a caring manner. I must say this company hires nothing but the best in the business. Mark is a true professional. Thank you R.H. Witt keep up the excellent work. I will definitely call them back

We have had the pleasure of working with RH Witt for 10+ years Their knowledge and professional approach is always standard. This year Tim M was our "guy" his attention to detail, explanation to further service needed and professional approach is admirable and appreciated - down to being acutely aware of his mask being in place - Great employee!

As the temperature in my house was going down, R H Witt was here to diagnose the issue . They were here before the estimated time i was given for their arrival. The service person was nice and did everything he could to get the heat back on. Since it was after 5 he attempted to keep it running for the night until he was able to get the necessary parts. When i got the call to tell me the cost for the parts, it was decided a ndw furnace would be the best option . The crew arrived promptly taking out the old furnace while waiting for the new one. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves! And a great deal!

Bob arrived on time wearing shoe booties and a mask. We recently purchased our home so we needed not just a seasonal inspection, but we also needed a tour/intro to our furnaces, electric air filter and humidifier. Bob showed us how to clean our filters and how to use the equipment seasonally. He also provided some great advice about safety and general maintenance. We've been homeowners for over 20 years and had a variety of service providers in/out of our homes over that time, and R.H. Witt and folks like Bob are exactly the kind of people you want in your corner when you need help maintaining your home.

We've used R H Whitt for years and have always been pleased with their service. Recently they installed a new furnace for us and as always they were efficient, friendly, and, yes, very neat. We thank everyone there for continuing to keep us comfortable.

R.H. Witt is always professional and very quick to help with any issues we have with our furnace or air conditioner. After 20 years we finally replaced our AC unit. Panche was so quick and clean with installation and adding a cool air return. The duct work was amazing. We can't thank R.H. Witt Heating & Sheet Metal for all of their wonderful service over the years. We highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Had Bob come out and look at our non-functioning A/C outside fan unit. He quickly identified the problem as a blown capacitor - and explained it to me very clearly. After swapping it out, he took the extra time to use my hose to clean out the fan & coils from all the pollen, leaves and gunk that had built up. 5 Stars!

Over the 20 years I've been in my home, I've used RH Witt to maintain and repair furnaces and AC units, and last fall, install a new AC unit. I've always found them professional, responsive and trustworthy. This fall, one of my furnaces would not start. I called to make an appointment, but also asked for a technician to call me because I suspected I had diagnosed the problem component. When the technician, Mickey, called, he not only quickly confirmed my diagnosis, but he recommended a step or two that enabled me to get the furnace running WITHOUT a service call or new parts! No doubt, given the age of my systems, I'll need additional repairs and/or replacement. RH Witt will be my first and only call.

R.H Witt is always reliable and helpful. Bob came to service our furnace and was friendly and informative. Looking forward to seeing him back in the spring to service the furnace and ac unit.
