Mark did a great job maintaining my heating system and replacing my Aprilaire humidifier. He was very knowledgeable and professional and went out of his way to make sure everything was working perfectly. Thanks so much for everything. I have nothing but good things to say about Mark and Midwest Heating. Mark was very reasonable and professional. He gave me options on what he could do and gave me alternatives and scenarios on what could happen with respect to my heating system. After the job was complete Mark followed up a week later and checked to see if everything was working properly. He even offered to come out and install a thermostat which I purchased separately for no extra charge. Highly recommend Midwest Comfort Heating and Cooling.

I’ve used Midwest Comfort for years on my own home. Always professional and honest. Recently reached out to have my mother’s home maintained/serviced. Mark was excellent, on time and professional. Cleaned her furnace and diagnosed any issues as the system is nearing replacement. Mark was honest with her and went through options should she decide to replace the system. Could not be happier with the service. Will definitely be recommending Midwest Comfort to family and friends. One of the few remaining independent HVAC businesses you can trust.

Mark investigated an unusual noise from the heater that was showing a fault code. He repaired what he thought was the problem, a faulty drain, and so far so good. Reasonable prices and good communication. Nice work.

Excellent first time service from the scheduler to the service tech to the owner. Super quick response. The tech was polite, clean, thorough and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. All seemed to not only have a good working knowledge of the HVAC business, but an awareness of what each other was doing while working as an effective team. Price seemed fair and accidental overcharge was rectified immediately. I would recommended them to anyone.

what a guy mark is! honest, hardworking, efficient. identified the cause, and fixed it. made recommendations on how to improve air conduction, and how to prevent things from happening again. made sure everything is in order. signed up for annual maintenance! will use again and recommend to friends. thank you brian and mark! those who need help with heating/ac system, you cant go wrong with these guys!

Brian and his crew are so good! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for me last year. Workmanship, price and professionalism were superb.
Last weekend, I noticed water running from an overhead duct, placed a bin under it and called Brian immediately. He called back a short time later and the water had subsided, so we scheduled and appointment for late afternoon on Monday. The tech, Jeff, arrived even earlier than expected and waited for me to return from work, found that everything I could have done wrong I had but wasn't and caused there to be too much cold in too small an area resulting in condensation inside the duct.
He explained all the reasons for my issue and made the adjustments the correct way. More than willing to pay for a service call when it is handled so well. Midwest Comfort has a lifelong customer in me!

Jeff replaced two parts in the furnace, and informed me that the filters I was using were restricting the airflow too much. He also informed me that the unit I bought 15 years ago from a different is too big for my house so he adjust the gas burners so I don’t over heat my unit. He was VERY good and carefully explained everything. Thank you Jeff!
