I have never written a review before, but Mark and his team deserve it! Midwest is extreamly reliable and available at a moment's notice. The company is beyond fair and even offered to temporarily wire in a piece so the furnance would function for the night.

Mark and his team provided great service and made sure to answer all our questions. This is the 2nd time we have had installation performed by Midwest Comfort and will absolutely use them in the future when needed.

Midwest is professional, timely and knowledgable. I had been searching for a company who could assit me with my PTAC unit for months. Several other HVAC companies said they didnt support PTAC units or were unable to get parts for the units. At my breaking point I was referred to Midwest Comfort. I spoke with Mark who reassured my faith in the service industry. He helped educate me and got my unit up and running right away. I don't really do many reviews, but Mark did such a good job I thought I would put something up here. Mark came over and reinstalled my Nest after I attempted to set it up. About a week after he left i heard a loud noise, and my furnace stopped working. I called Mark, explained what I heard and told me how to fix it without having to have him come out!

Replaced furnace and water heater. Quality work, fast and very professional. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC service or install.
