A&M has serviced all my mechanicals for over 2 decades. The staff is professional and the technicians are fast and very skilled. Regardless if it’s replacing a water heater, installing a new air conditioning system or just routine service, A&M is great. They are very fair and always happy to explain all your options to fix a problem. I have never felt pushed to go with the most expensive fix. If fact, they take a more old fashion approach of, “if it ain’t broke, why replace it”. When a more expensive course of action is recommended, I trust them. If your reading this because your in a pinch, stop clicking around and call A&M. You’ll be happy you did.

Great service very professional and courteous. We had a emergency repair job done. What a relief within 3 hours we were back up and running. We could not be happier. We highly recommend this company.

Had to call A&M after ABC broke thermostat and said they could not do anything until tomorrow afternoon. Because there office is closed and there tech did not know what he was doing . Louise from A&M came and was very professional and kind and fixed the problem quickly . Will highly recommend A&M to everyone I know

I have been a loyal customer since their inception. They are prompt, courteous and competitively priced.
They even came out at 12am when my husband was sick and our heating went out. You can't find a better company or better people!

It’s rare when both owners and their representatives make you feel secure in their abilities to resolve your problems. Many HVAC companies I’ve worked with in the past are disorganized as well. Not this company. Organized, honest, accommodating, as well as friendly. I’ll be calling them for both rentals and my primary residence. Great company!

My office manager requested a quote for a new hot water heater as they are never worth repairing . The associate showed up and provided a
Very high estimate and would not apply the $50 coupon advertised on yelp . This was a heater for one bathroom and retails for about $200 to $400. They wanted over $700 for the heater and well over $700 for repair . They have no supervising plumber or plumbing lic so this rate is absolutely crazy and over priced . Spoke to the owner and she was rude and argumentative asking if I was a telemarketer . On December 24'th called again about the $50 discount coupon and anougher gentlemen started laughing at me like it was a joke. Please do yourself a favor and don't call these false advertisers .
For the record . I called 3 separate times to give them a chance to honor the $50 coupon . The owner argued about honoring the coupon so I called again and spoke to anougher guy prior to writing the review and he not only mocked me but was very insulting . I own over 20 units in Chicago and LA and have never been disrespected like this from the many plumbers I use. J plumbing company did this job for less then half what they quoted. A total ball buster dealing with this lady . Lols
